Spent two evenings in a row here and both were thoroughly enjoyable. Sitting on the roof terrace overlooking the River Parret was idyllic. Food was tasty and staff and service were very friendly and efficient.

I went with my mum to use a voucher she was gifted for her birthday last year before it ran out. The high tea was lovely,staff very friendly. The only issue we had was that the staff didn't say their prices had changed when we booked and upon paying with the voucher they tried to make us pay extra which isn't professional service as the voucher should be wavered since it was bought last year for the correct price (and said it was for the high tea on the voucher). Luckily they let us pay with the voucher(as it was a really high price rise) and didn't have to pay any extra.
