So normally I always book a table but this was a last minute decision with my niece and her little family. Obviously it was mother's day so was not hopeful when we arrived but Edel managed to find us a table which we were so pleased about.\nWe all had the Sunday roasts which were absolutely delicious and the beef was amazing and food was nice an hot and it's such great value for money as it comes with a drink. £11 it cost... You really cannot get a better deal.\n\nEdel and her team always go above and beyond and deliver such great customer service. This is why we always come here for food.\n\nThank you and see you soon. This location is epic, the interior and design overall rocks!

The service was awesome and a huge shout out to Ahmed he was attentive, professional and his product knowledge was really good.

The hot drinks selection is worth it, we entertained cheeky date with a kharak chai and hot chocolate and was not disappointed.

For those who know..parle g biscuits accompany the chai!

Post going there on the first visit we returned for brunch on our anniversary and we were not dissapointed! GINEL the store manager pulled off an epic show of dedication and appreciation. She made sure everything was just perfect, the brunch was 10/10! GINEL even went out her way to provide a cheeky happy anniversary gestured dessert, it was much appreciated. I feel there is something special within this heavenly desserts, they are consistent and always wanting to please with both products and services. With an awesome manager and of course Ahmed there this branch by far is our favourite! I wish I could have taken a picture of all the food on our table which made many people stop and look but it was too good of a moment to waste so we tucked in and deservedly so finished it all off! Thank you so much, will be back soon.

absolutley outstanding vencue had my sisters wedding reception there last night and it was a exceptional service staff were kind courteous and went to great lengths to make sure we was well looked after, checking on us reguarly to make sure we had everything we need, making sure our needs were met and making any arangements we may have needed

things of note was firstly the gentleman working there was exceptional he memoriesed eemingly everyones name in the party and checked in on us to make sure everything was going great and pre empted most of our needs before even we knew them

secondly was how the staff went above and beyond for my nephew who has developmental and behavioral issues they made sure he was happy and content and did everything to make sure he had a good time from bringing him a cheese sandwhich (he adores scheese sandwhiches) to keeping a eye on him from time to time and making adjustments to the room to ensure he was safe and content

not the staffs fault AT ALL there was a situation where my niece clumsily bumped into a table and the only reason i bring this up is because the staff once again were AMASING

they sat with my niece and gave her a little first aid whilst calming her down whilst the rest of the staff worked with my sister to help clean out a few spots of blood my nieces left on her wedding dress

i almost cannot put into words just how much the staff really made our night and we want them to know how greatfull we are for everything they did for us

We had Afternoon Tea and it was absolutely beautiful. Our table was set with tablecloths and some lovely china crockery. There was an excellent selection of sandwiches and small cakes with unlimited tea and coffee. Staff put a small ramp to enable my mom to access the area where out table was more easily. Staff were very attentive. We will definitely be booking again.

Visited this afternoon.Super front bar as well as an interesting Smoke Room and other interiors.
Very friendly and helpfull staff.I had a super cheese and onion roll with black pudding.The cheese good and strong.Nice regulars and a pleasant atmosphere.Beer and food very reasonably priced. No wonder this is a local institution.Very happy to have visited.

Got the banana sundae and lotus milkshake. Both incredible. The milkshake is very thick, almost like a dessert more than a drink. A real gem in dudley, much nicer than anything up the high street. First visit as we weren't far away in Albrighton on the day.
We eventually realised the restaurant was actually in the bull pub, at the back.
We arrived in opening hours but the place was empty, it took a few minutes for the lady to appear.
From then we were alone eating which didn't give any atmosphere other than dining together which of course is the most important thing.
Except for a draughty skylight there is no real natural light - it does feel as if a bsck room at the pub has been converted into some seating and therefore doesn't give a particularly special eating experience in terms of atmosphere and vibe.
The food itself which is the important bit was very good, enjoyed the tom yum, and fish cakes. I did find in the main dish the chicken was very wet which is unusual and I haven't come across that before in chinese or thai food - i assume they must boil it.
Overall the price is reasonable and if we ever go near Bilston in the future I would visit again.

They have no registered office, so all correspondence will come to you. Considering their listed waste site is Willesden Junction, which is an interchange station in Harlesden, north-west London, serving the Bakerloo line (London Underground) & about 115 miles away. I would contact Company House and let them know that your address is being used to help them maintain accuracy. Shipleys Amusement is also being used by the same people. They have just created another name, AMCE

Usually a good stand by for dinner. Service was good. However, I have noticed that the prices are staying the same but the portions are being drastically reduced. Had fish and chips tonight, fish was definitely smaller than usual and there were less chips and peas. It was also served without tartare sauce or the customary lemon. On asking for sauce I was informed that this previously free condiment hadn't been put through the till but on this occasion it would be provided. On checking the menu tartare sauce is not included in the extras or offered with the dish so how do you know you have to order it separately when it's previously been provided with the meal?

Visited with my sister last night and I had the crispy buttermilk chicken burger with fries. My sister had the signature burger with fries as well. Both burgers tasted so good and were big! Read previous reviews and must say people weren’t lying about portions being big. Would be stopping by again on Sunday to try their Sunday roast.
