The Tap House
3 Peterville, Saint AgnesEclectic and Cool atmosphere and Decor. Staff were super friendly and genuinely welcoming and attentive. The Food is excellent and beautifully presented...everything fresh and made in house from Sauces to Ice Cream. Lovely outfoor tables in the Sun if the weather is good. We found the prices to be extremely reasonable also. An absolute bargain for the quality and experience. I highly reccomend The Tap house to anyone!

Shellfish Beach delli
6a Churchtown, Saint AgnesAbsolutely lovely. We were a group of 4 ladies on a celebratory night out. I have some annoying food intolerance and I also have toyrettws so I don't eat out. This guy made us feel most welcome and gave me a few starter. Such a lovely atmosphere and utterly amazing food. Totally recommend.

St Agnes Bakery
Churchtown, Saint AgnesThe pastry is good and so is the amount of meat in the filling.
I also think that the filling tastes kinda good, but it's hard to really tell...
This is because for some reason the chefs making this pasty have gone Ape on the amount of pepper they have put in the filling. And I have now tried this pasty twice, so it wasn't a one off.
The pasty is waayy tooo peppery.
If the pasty chefs could just hold back in bunging in so much pepper, I think this pasty would be so much better. It's not needed.
It's certainly the most peppery pasty I have eaten in Cornwall!
Other then that, it's a good pasty.

Genki
Quay Rd, St Agnes, Saint AgnesMe and my friends visited to have a study afternoon. It’s not too far from Truro so easy to get to. Excellent WiFi and the açai bowls/ coffee were so tasty. There was also a cafe dog! Very friendly staff too. 100% recommend!

The Cornish Pizza Company
68 Vicarage Rd, Saint AgnesOrdered from here twice in one trip it was so good. Pizza was really great, good quality ingredients and huge variety of choice of toppings (especially love the local twist with the names of the pizzas!). The shop is a bit small so not really suitable for eating in, as most if not all seats are taken up with people waiting to collect. Service was a little slow but you can see the kitchen is super small so understandable - food was worth the wait! Whilst St Agnes is lovely the parking situation is a bit tricky, I opted to park in the main car park approx a 3-5 minute walk away.

Chapel Porth Beach Cafe
Chapel Porth, Saint AgnesI’ve been telling my partner about the Hedgehogs for years and finally got to take him this weekend. Everything was the same, even the excellent signage and blackboard. We had a croque monsieur and a croque frommage both very tasty. HOWEVER and this makes me so SAD the hedgehog that I remember had the most delicious and decadent honey roasted hazelnuts but this time it was just bland hazelnuts which made the richness of the cream and ice cream too rich. Please bring back the honey roasted nuts ????

Schooners
Quay Rd, Trevaunance Cove, St Agnes, Saint AgnesCould not ever get bored of this place. Sat on the outdoor space watching the surf with one of the best IPAs available. A tad pricey, but Verdant Brewery beer is something everyone who likes beer should try; first class.

Rose in Vale Country House Hotel
Mithian, Street AgnesWe really enjoyed our stay here. The room was wonderful, and the disabled bathroom was perfect for my husbands needs. The staff are friendly and helpul, and the owners make you feel at home. The breakfast is everything you would hope for. They really do have a great chef. It is a quite, secluded location and central to all the attractions in Cornwall. Visiting from New Zealand.
