Chapel Amble, WadebridgeNew owners have made a fantastic start with a great atmosphere and perfect menu with the pub classics such as fish and chips but with some lovely unique dishes all pulled off very well! A lot of hard work has gone in creating an excellent menu balancing local produce and fantastic tastes. The mussles, hake and croquettes were personal highlights! And given the portion size and quality of the food the price is very reasonable. We will definitely be returning and would recommend to everyone!

1a Street Moritz Ct, WadebridgeI have to say I don’t post reviews very often but my wife, daughter and myself have just had a fantastic meal here in the restaurant at the St Moritz hotel. We come here every year and always have a great time. Last year we had a great meal in Cafe Rojano and the St Pedroc bistro in Padstow. We also had a terrific meal in the St Moritz hotel restaurant and it was definitely up there. So we are fussy about our food and like to spend a lot of money on food. The meal we just had in the restaurant in the St Moritz tonight was fab. I had a 3 course meal and each course was a delight and the whole meal was faultless. Not cheap but worth it and served by 3 wonderful young people. Highly recommended. I would put the quality as on a par with the meal we had in the St Pedroc last year and actually a more enjoyable meal overall.

The mains were absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly and packed with flavour, and the desserts were just as impressive, a fabulous way to finish the meal. Service was excellent from start to finish: the staff were warm, attentive, and made everything feel effortless. Food came out quickly, fresh and piping hot, and every bite was genuinely yummy. A wonderful evening all round. We’ll definitely be back!

My fiends had the lamb koftas which went down a treat too. Fresh, clean and tasty. Sound track was great and the atmosphere was perfect for a late summer evening meal with friends. Would recommend.

A39, St Jidgey, WadebridgeJust OUTSTANDING Called to see if we could get a last minute booking and they managed to fit us in and what a treat we were in for. Beautiful Beautiful food and the service was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you, super friendly, and so good overall we booked again for the following day (In Cornwall on Holiday). We were traveling home on the Sunday so missed out on the carvery, but when we are back in Cornwall the Halfway House will be top of our list for eating.

Ferry Point, Rock, WadebridgeWhat an unreal dining experience. Super relaxed vibe but the food is seriously top notch. Totally dog and family friendly, you can stroll in after a beach day in shorts or dress it up a bit, either way you’ll fit right in.
Casual setting, but with dishes that are next level. The menu changes all the time (pretty much daily), but if you get the chance, don’t miss the Cornish crab farfalle or the black pudding scallops. We also had the sweetcorn agnolotti with pangrattato and even as someone who’s not big on sweetcorn, that dish was an absolute winner. Honestly, what a spot. What a vibe.

Polmorla Rd, WadebridgeWe had lunch here with our three year old to escape the rubbish that usually ends up on kids' menus. It was great to see good, healthy food on the plate - sea bass, new potatoes and veg (not overcooked). Chips are available if needed - we parents have to pick our battles!
Despite being child friendly the place is mainly catering to grown ups with appealing food and drink menus. I enjoyed the three fish dish. Being picky they could use a little less oil but that's just preference. I'm pleased to report they make a decent cappuccino too, which went well with a very lush panna cotta.

We were a group of 6 including 2 children and on both of our visits the food and service were top rate. We ordered burgers, chicken bakes, market fish and the meatballs and all of the meals were delicious and piping hot. The desserts were yummy too. We would definitely recommend coming here.

The Mariners Public House in Rock
The Slipway, Rock, WadebridgeWent for dinner here while staying in Rock and was wowed by the food and service!
The restaurant is set overlooking the sea and the feel is very relaxed and down to earth focusing on local drinks and produce to a very high standard.
To eat we shared a scotch egg, chicken curry and gem salad side. All were exceptional! The scotch egg and curry where some of the best we have ever had!
Service was also lovely and super genuine. Couldn't recommend enough if you are in Rock or looking for a proper gastropub in North Cornwall.
Also thought it was very good value and reasonably priced for the outstanding quality!

18 Molesworth St, WadebridgeAfter taking the challenge of having 1 pasty a day during our Cornwall holiday and inevitably sampling pasties from multiple bakeries (which had to supply gluten free options in order to be eligible), the family decided that the traditional pasties from Malcolm Barnecut were consistently at the top of the leaderboard (regular & GF pasties). They offer both freshly baked pasties (have to wait 1.5hrs though for gluten free - so plan ahead), or you can take frozen pasties home to bake in your oven (we tried both options & both were equally as good). Fantastic tasting pasties! ?

Wifes normally fussy with coffee but she said it was best coffee she as had 100% recommend.

Beach Car Park, Polzeath, WadebridgeTook the family out for tea 10/8/25 got 2 pizzas, 2 different loaded fries and a bacon cheese burger, we all couldn't stop commenting on how nice it all was. It the best pizza I have ever tasted, my son said he's saving his pocket money till we come back so he can buy more burgers he loved it that much. Great staff, great service, great food, you must try this little gem, in a beautiful location...

Camel Trail Cycle Hire
Eddystone Rd, WadebridgeA Wonderful Family Bike Ride on The Camel Trail We had a fantastic family day out on the Camel Trail, hiring bikes from The Camel Trail Cycle Hire in Wadebridge. It was the perfect activity for two adults and three children, offering an easy, scenic ride suitable for all ages. The trail itself is beautiful, with stunning views of the countryside, making the ride even more enjoyable. We stopped off in Padstow, a charming town with picturesque views of the harbour. The service from The Camel Trail Cycle Hire was excellent, and we even received a local discount, which was a lovely bonus.
