Slaggyford, BramptonUnfortunately they didn’t have any rooms, but made a suggestion nearby. We had dinner there one of the best meals I have had in a long time food and wine both excellent and good value for money.

Off The Wall

Scones are huge and tasty whilst the pasty was lovely.
A brilliant ambience with nice music and a relaxing feel that did not feel rushed or uncomfortable.
I would definitely recommend.

the splitscreen barista
Westerlea, BramptonThe Best coffee we had in the UK, was at Hadrian's Wall from the Splitscreen Barista van. We'd been driving for days, and this was a rare oasis of excellent coffee in a country where it's usuallly instant or weak. We're loved meeting Andrew and we hope he keeps the retirement dream going!

Talkin Tarn Tea Rooms
Tarn Road, BramptonAlways very busy. Difficult to get a seat inside at this time of year when people are sheltering from the wind and rain..... Pity it's not a little bigger.
Summertime not a problem.
The walk itself around Talkin Tarn is wonderful whatever time of the year.
