Walton tearoom

I worked in the best sandwich bar in Cheltenham, and this was the best bacon butty I ever ate. The bacon was a beautiful local natural cure, and nearly as thick as a pub gammon. Egg was local, perfectly done, and the bun was fresh. Worth the tiny detour from the hadrian's wall path.

The White Rabbit Tea Room

Had a lovely lunch there yesterday. Two of us with our dog. We had a warm friendly welcome with a treat for the dog. Excellent lunch of homemade kitch with a fresh crisp salad, coleslaw and crisps. Good tea and coffee too. Bought cheese scones to takeaway which came with pats of butter. Also delicious and a good size.? Will definitely go again.

The Best coffee we had in the UK, was at Hadrian's Wall from the Splitscreen Barista van. We'd been driving for days, and this was a rare oasis of excellent coffee in a country where it's usuallly instant or weak. We're loved meeting Andrew and we hope he keeps the retirement dream going!

Kirkstyle Inn & Sportsmans Rest

We booked in the recommendation of a friend. Took our little Cockerpoo. We had the Churchstile room. Lovely and spacious and even a bag of treats for the dog. The view across the valley was amazing. Lovely attention to detail. The food was really high quality one of the best meals ever, again great attention to detail. To top it all though all the staff were so lovely and friendly at all times. Can't recommend highly enough.

Berti's

Very good customer service, very pleasant and chatty staff. Good value for money, good portions and very tasty food. Nice to go to a chip shop that doesn't do pizza, kebabs and burgers. The more traditional chippy in my opinion, will definitely visit again when here ?

Only small and inside does not look like your average Indian restaurant. No music playing and I didn’t really expect much but the food was excellent and one of the best I have had . Hope to come again because it was that good.

Lucky House

We chose this Chinese takeaway in Brampton as it had a better food hygiene rating than the other one. You can park nearby in the Co-op car park, service was quick & the food was good.
