We visited here whilst on holiday, booked in advance. Food was great, home cooked and fresh. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, with fast service. Prices were very reasonable. Dog friendly.

Not a bad pub, a little tired on the inside except the toilets? but good service, friendly staff , I imagine it would be pretty popular in the summer time being right on the green?

The service was superb. We arrived just as the dining area closed and we were still allowed to sit in and eat the best fish and chips I've had for ages. I can't emphasize enough how good the service was.
