The Firkin Hell Bankshill House, Bankshill, LockerbieWe're just back from our 2nd visit to this cottage and honestly it was as great the 2nd time as it was the 1st. The cottage is amazing, beautiful and spotless. The hot tub is just the best. Thank you to Paul for emptying and refilling it for us. The proseco cheese board and the chew for our dog Murphy was such a lovely treat. The garden is amazing, closed in so we don't need to worry about Murphy escaping. It's great to see him run free without a muzzle or leash on. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend people to come here, you won't be disappointed.

The ‘fechan Diner
A74(M), LockerbieCracking lil diner. Food was delicious and good portions, quick service and staff were friendly. If you want to stop off for a good diner style meal we would recommend. We'll definitely stop off next time we head to Glasgow.
