Clifton Pl, SalcombeHonestly this coffee shop is excellent. The cakes are too die for! I particularly loved the gluten free selection of cakes, sausage rolls and pastys! The coffee is incredible, and the staff are super friendly. The atmosphere is also brilliant, and we managed to get a lovely little seat looking out on the water. Pure bliss!

Bolt Head, SalcombeI cannot express how much I’ve fallen in love with this hotel. Firstly an incredibly warm welcome from James, Kieron & Millie on our arrival, to the constant attention to detail and can do attitude thar has defined our stay.
The rooms are gorgeous, the food sensational and the staff are just bloody all round brilliant.
I will cry when I leave and can’t wait to come back.

Rockfish salcombe
SalcombeWe had such a great meal at Rockfish in Salcombe. The staff were super friendly and really attentive nothing was too much trouble!
The food was incredible! The oysters were so fresh, the fish tacos were packed with flavour, and the scallops were absolutely huge and cooked perfectly. You can really tell how fresh everything is.
Lovely spot right by the water too. Relaxed vibes, great views, and top-notch seafood. Definitely recommend!

The pasty shack
10a Fore St, SalcombeA lovely lady served us today when we went to buy pasties and cups of tea. She was also happy to fill up the water bottle for our dogs. The pasties were lovely as was the tea. Thank you for being welcoming x

3 Fore St, SalcombeWe popped in for a quick bite and the steak pasty did not disappoint and it was delicious. What we loved about it, it was hot ? and full to the brim. It had a good portion of meat and it was well seasoned and tender. They had a lot of other savouries and sweets on offer and would recommend them all if the quality is the same as the pasties. I don't think you can do much about the atmosphere, 1 member of staff, empty shop and no noise, not even background music playing.

20 Fore St, SalcombeSat on the rooftop terrace for drinks and food. Staff were really helpful and attentive despite being a busy Saturday in the sun. We had the sea food platter, nachos and dirty fries. It was all brilliant. The sea food platter was excellent with delicious scallops. Lovely, lovely place to watch the world go by.

We had an incredible time at the Salcombe Gin Bar – the atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed, and the setting right by the water made it even more special. The real standout, though, was the service. Crystal was absolutely fantastic – warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She took the time to walk us through the gin menu, made brilliant recommendations based on our tastes, and mixed up some of the best cocktails we've ever had. Her attention to detail and friendly energy really elevated the whole experience. Can’t recommend this place enough – we’ll definitely be back!

Great package, rooms and hotel excellent, clean and modern. staff friendly and helpful and always working hard. beach and local walks great and little extras like the shuttle service to Salcombe was great. peaceful but plenty to do.
