Lovely Indian restaurant with an extensive menu! Half of us ordered off special sunday set menu and loved it. Huge portions for a set menu and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Other half ordered the vegan options of channa massala, dhal, mushroom and aubergine massala with chapati and roti. Nice to see vegan options clearly labelled on the menu. Only critisim was the vegan fondant was served cold and not like a hot lava cake as advertised. Excellent service, very attentive and food arrived soon after ordering. Prices were reasonable too! Would definitely return again.

Just had the most amazing Curry, Kebab, Lamb Chops and bunch of other stuff and all was outstanding A+++ for all, I’m not from around this area and just briefly visiting but absolutely made up with finding this gem of a spot, special mention for the Rogan Josh bloody delicious hats off chef ??

Amazing place to see local bands and enjoy a couple of drinks. You can get a good view of the bands that are on no matter where you are in loom you will always have a good view. They always have good bands on not seen a bad one yet I don't think they is anything they need to improve except from more food options. I highly recommend this place for party's pub crawling or just a general place to hangout with your friends.

Family members have recently discovered No.81 and recommended it to us. They told us that even though we live in Trawden, it’s worth coming over to pick up a takeaway and the 20-30min drive home. They weren’t wrong. One of the best takeaways we’ve had in a long time. Curry was delicious, sides were delicious, and customer service - EXCELLENT. We’ll be back soon to dine in! 100% recommend! Wishing this business nothing but success.

We stopped off here for breakfast the day after a fabulous family wedding the day before. The food was delicious, freshly cooked and plentiful. It was also a really good price. Service was fast too. We aren't from the area but it was very nice to eat somewhere different that you're not used to and I'd recommend it to all.

Absolutely love this place!
I can’t rate it highly enough. The staff are incredibly friendly and engaging, which makes the whole experience even better. The premises are bright, clean, and welcoming whether you're dining in or taking away. There's also a customer toilet available, which is always a bonus.

This is the second time I’ve visited while down in Burnley, and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I’ve realised I can’t get this kind of quality especially the Burgerrizza and those amazing milkshakes anywhere in Manchester. So now, it’s become a proper treat whenever I’m in Burnley.

The chips with red salt and burgerritza are a must-try, and the milkshakes are divine, easily the best I’ve ever had.

Everyone needs to try this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Stopped here on the way home from a camping trip after checking out the reviews , we weren’t disappointed as the welcome from the staff was lovely and the pub has a really nice atmosphere !
The food is exceptional , really well prepared and super tasty !
We had chefs special pie and a Sunday roast which we thoroughly enjoyed !
Wouldn’t hesitate to go back and will probably be making the odd trip out there for a treat again sometime soon !

Fabulous Christmas Party!! For the 2nd year we attended a Christmas Party Night at Bertrams. We're a group of 36 people, and despite large numbers the service was perfect, our waitress was delightful and made sure we were looked after. The food was delicious as always and the entertainment spot on.
If you're looking for a special event there is nowhere in the area better.

Came for a bite to eat and it was great. I have to say the customer service was tremendous, our waitress (Aaminah) was absolutely brilliant - very polite & professional and went out of her way to ensure we had the best experience possible. We ate in here the other week, the food was beautiful but we felt abit ripped off.

We were charged for the Prawn crackers, even though it clearly said on the front of the menu 'free Prawn crackers when you spend over £30'

I was also full, so I asked if I could take my leftovers with me.. to be told I will be charged 70p for a small plastic tub to takeaway my leftovers.

Which would be fair enough, but every meal was already 50p more to eat in than takeaway. Which I understand, for washing up/table service etc..

But to be charged 70p ontop of a meal, that would have already been 50p cheaper if we just had it to takeaway seems abit naughty.
Order it for takeaway and it's already 50p cheaper and your not paying 70p for the tub either.

It's not about the money as we would have given them a tip anyway (it cost around £37 and we gave them £40) it's just the principle, it left us feeling like we'd been abit ripped off.

I would definitely order from here again (food was perfect/delicious) but it would be for takeaway. Then we can check all the prices before picking up the order.

This is a great little fish and chip shop. Me and my family visit here often. It is great value for money and the food is great. The only issue I have with this shop is the times and days it says they are open they are often not. For the last 3 Mondays we have visited this shop only to be disappointed to find it closed. When they are open this shop becomes packed and busy very quickly.

Two of us visited the pub as away fans. We had no colours on and were told no chanting. Respecting this request, we were made more than welcome. A proper home football pub, we had a great time with the local fans. Decent beer and great bar staff. We purchased our food from a Street van outside,which we were allowed to bring into the pub. I would say from experience
,one or two away fans with no colours would be welcome but not a massive group.

Fantastic restaurant, true Italian cuisine.. my second time here and I'll keep coming back whenever I can. I hadn't been for a while, and yet I.and my group felt like we'd never left. The food is excellent, as is the service and atmosphere, you feel like you are meeting old friends. That's how comfortable you feel, like a part of one big family. Great atmosphere, cracking drinks, sadly inside it is far too loud for me.

As age has taken it's toll on my hearing I find I cannot tell what people are saying in noisy places.

Tea time on a Friday is one such, even when I have my hearing aids set for voice in noise I can't easily cope.

Sad really.

Acoustic tiles on the ceiling would help fix it...and with no smoking would not need cleaning so much.

But it is still a great pup.

Three of us met up for a catch up. The choice of menu was very good, one of us plumping for salmon, another chicken goin and the third tuna sandwich. All the food was good and tasty, staff pleasant and efficient. Prices were good for a town centre establishment, parking was limited near the place. \nAll the drinks were good. \nAll round a place to put on the list for future revisit.

Visited for the first time and will definitely be back again. Atmosphere was so soothing and beautiful. The lady which is the manager with her husband is such an amazing kind humble soul. Me and my friend ordered chips, lasagne and a mushroom & onion pizza. We didn’t wait long as this place has fast service but every second waiting is worth it, the food was absolutely divine. You can tell it was freshly cooked and the pizza was a traditional Naples style pizza which I adore. The portions were huge and they definitely do have good quality food and ingredients.
