Tonight we've had the best time. Abdul is amazing, he's so lovely. Walking into Aroma is like visiting your family, you're met with a warm welcome of handshakes and hugs. It's like entering a bubble of loveliness, friendship and feeling like you're part of the Aroma family.\nWe had poppadoms, starters (onion bhaji, kebabs and samosas) and then mains (korma, chicken tikka tandoori, chicken tikka bhuna and shashlik nawabi) all with rice (pilau and mushroom pilau) and also garlic naans. Lashings of alcohol (cobra and kingfisher lager). The staff are friendly, polite and they check in on you to make sure you're okay and enjoying your food and that you're having a good time. Abdul makes the effort to talk to all his customers, not because he has to but because he wants to, he really is the nicest man. I've eaten in his restaurants when he owned the Koh I Noor, then when he had the Shalimar and I've had loads of meals in Aroma. You can't go wrong with Abdul and his lovely team. Just had the most amazing Curry, Kebab, Lamb Chops and bunch of other stuff and all was outstanding A+++ for all, I’m not from around this area and just briefly visiting but absolutely made up with finding this gem of a spot, special mention for the Rogan Josh bloody delicious hats off chef ??

Family members have recently discovered No.81 and recommended it to us. They told us that even though we live in Trawden, it’s worth coming over to pick up a takeaway and the 20-30min drive home. They weren’t wrong. One of the best takeaways we’ve had in a long time. Curry was delicious, sides were delicious, and customer service - EXCELLENT. We’ll be back soon to dine in! 100% recommend! Wishing this business nothing but success.

We stopped off here for breakfast the day after a fabulous family wedding the day before. The food was delicious, freshly cooked and plentiful. It was also a really good price. Service was fast too. We aren't from the area but it was very nice to eat somewhere different that you're not used to and I'd recommend it to all.

Absolutely love this place!
I can’t rate it highly enough. The staff are incredibly friendly and engaging, which makes the whole experience even better. The premises are bright, clean, and welcoming whether you're dining in or taking away. There's also a customer toilet available, which is always a bonus.

This is the second time I’ve visited while down in Burnley, and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I’ve realised I can’t get this kind of quality especially the Burgerrizza and those amazing milkshakes anywhere in Manchester. So now, it’s become a proper treat whenever I’m in Burnley.

The chips with red salt and burgerritza are a must-try, and the milkshakes are divine, easily the best I’ve ever had.

Everyone needs to try this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Stopped here on the way home from a camping trip after checking out the reviews , we weren’t disappointed as the welcome from the staff was lovely and the pub has a really nice atmosphere !
The food is exceptional , really well prepared and super tasty !
We had chefs special pie and a Sunday roast which we thoroughly enjoyed !
Wouldn’t hesitate to go back and will probably be making the odd trip out there for a treat again sometime soon !

We ate in here the other week, the food was beautiful but we felt abit ripped off.

We were charged for the Prawn crackers, even though it clearly said on the front of the menu 'free Prawn crackers when you spend over £30'

I was also full, so I asked if I could take my leftovers with me.. to be told I will be charged 70p for a small plastic tub to takeaway my leftovers.

Which would be fair enough, but every meal was already 50p more to eat in than takeaway. Which I understand, for washing up/table service etc..

But to be charged 70p ontop of a meal, that would have already been 50p cheaper if we just had it to takeaway seems abit naughty.
Order it for takeaway and it's already 50p cheaper and your not paying 70p for the tub either.

It's not about the money as we would have given them a tip anyway (it cost around £37 and we gave them £40) it's just the principle, it left us feeling like we'd been abit ripped off.

I would definitely order from here again (food was perfect/delicious) but it would be for takeaway. Then we can check all the prices before picking up the order.

Came for a bite to eat and it was great. I have to say the customer service was tremendous, our waitress (Aaminah) was absolutely brilliant - very polite & professional and went out of her way to ensure we had the best experience possible. We couldn’t have asked for better customer service from Aaminah. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great little fish and chip shop. Me and my family visit here often. It is great value for money and the food is great. The only issue I have with this shop is the times and days it says they are open they are often not. For the last 3 Mondays we have visited this shop only to be disappointed to find it closed. When they are open this shop becomes packed and busy very quickly.

We tried here for the first time after hearing good reviews from friends. Very nice place inside and good atmosphere. The king prawns in garlic and chilli for starter was excellent however the fillet steak didn't live up to the expectation especially when your paying £37 I expected more. We would return but I personally would select a different main meal. The service was very good.

Just wanted to thank our Server Madi for tonight - there were a couple mix ups due to it being so busy, and she was so sweet and accommodating despite everything - made my graduation night special, so thank you. Two of us visited the pub as away fans. We had no colours on and were told no chanting. Respecting this request, we were made more than welcome. A proper home football pub, we had a great time with the local fans. Decent beer and great bar staff. We purchased our food from a Street van outside,which we were allowed to bring into the pub. I would say from experience
,one or two away fans with no colours would be welcome but not a massive group.

Great atmosphere, cracking drinks, sadly inside it is far too loud for me.

As age has taken it's toll on my hearing I find I cannot tell what people are saying in noisy places.

Tea time on a Friday is one such, even when I have my hearing aids set for voice in noise I can't easily cope.

Sad really.

Acoustic tiles on the ceiling would help fix it...and with no smoking would not need cleaning so much.

But it is still a great pup.

Fantastic restaurant, true Italian cuisine.. my second time here and I'll keep coming back whenever I can. I hadn't been for a while, and yet I.and my group felt like we'd never left. The food is excellent, as is the service and atmosphere, you feel like you are meeting old friends. That's how comfortable you feel, like a part of one big family. Visited for the first time and will definitely be back again. Atmosphere was so soothing and beautiful. The lady which is the manager with her husband is such an amazing kind humble soul. Me and my friend ordered chips, lasagne and a mushroom & onion pizza. We didn’t wait long as this place has fast service but every second waiting is worth it, the food was absolutely divine. You can tell it was freshly cooked and the pizza was a traditional Naples style pizza which I adore. The portions were huge and they definitely do have good quality food and ingredients.
