Incredible food and wine, and for the standard of food very good value. On the menu the dishes go from small to large. We’d two large dishes and a small and a side and it was perfect. Special shout out to the blood orange sorbet.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options and willing to modify dishes to make them vegan or vegetarian where possible.

Special thanks to the lady who took our order who we assume was the owner, the service is outstanding!The food and coffees are delicious, one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time.It’s a quirky building and setting, right in the centre overlooking the castle ruins.Cannot fault anything and highly recommended. Helmsley is a great place to visit and this was the highlight.

The Feathers is a lovely hotel in the heart of town, Our room was nice and comfortable, The food in the hotel is excellent at both breakfast and dinner. It was our 3rd visit to beo the Feathers and to Helmsley. The team are really friendly and professional.

Lovely café, dog friendly and very welcoming. Visited with my two greyhounds who had enough room to lie down (although they both decided to stand throughout our visit!) nice flapjack and coffee.

We were passing on way back from Helmsley and found this lovely place. It was Sunday lunch and they were extremely busy. We hadn't booked but we were asked to order drinks and a table was found right by a lovely open fire.Food was brilliant and will definately be visiting again.
