Top class staff and Adam is a top class bloke, we drove from Penrith to get our pizza and were thinking of making this a regular thing... I have been going to this pizza shop about 15 years and still it's the best by far

35 High St, WigtonI am from Bolton and on holiday at Wallace Lane Farm. Where I'm from there's hundreds of takeaways to choose from so would like to think I know my stuff. This place was AMAZING. Quick delivery, piping hot food, no mistakes and the pizzas were absolutely delicious, cannot fault it at all. Kids commented on the cheese pull! Please open a branch in Bolton haha!

10 West St, WigtonGreat pub. As a visitor to the area, I was a bit apprehensive of going to a 'locals pub' but I'm so glad I did! Everyone was welcoming and the fire was fantastic on a wet day. Overwhelmed by the kindness and hospitality if the landlady. Fab place, cant wait to return someday.

Actually made me feel quite normal as I had such a fantastic choice. Staff are absolutely delightful, so friendly & nothing was too much. Bothel, WigtonWe go at least once a month at lunch time.Never had any complaints in over 8 years.Service is very quick even when very busy.Prawn salad with chips today.Perfect.As usual we took home scones and cream slices for later.Their Christmas dinners are unbelievable value.

Great friendly service, on time, we collected so a nice discount. It was absolutely delicious, and great value for money. I loved all the little extras .

Although we had a take away we viewed inside and decided we would be back in the summer to dine in. The restaurant is beautiful and has a lovely feel to it.

20 King St, WigtonBrilliant fish shop with happy staff. The chips were cooked perfectly, not cooked quickly causing them to be undercooked like some places. The fish was cooked perfect. No sloppy batter between the fish and top layer of the batter and the fish was not paper thin. It was flaky and plenty of it. We also had haggis which was also lovely. We will visit again. Cheers.

Spotted Cow
42-44 King St, WigtonMe and my dad wanted something to eat early on so we decided on the spotted cow. Used to come here all the time when younger. I was going to have a light bite but my eyes got stuck on the all day breakfast, with a pot of tea, toast and marmalade, dad pinched the marmalade. it was so good and plenty of it, dad got scrambled egg on toast and a big pot of tea. Good atmosphere and good crack, all the staff we're spot on and made sure everything was okay.
Many thanks for a great breakfast and we will be back.

Bothel, WigtonLovely welcome into the pub today. We both had Sunday dinners. Lamb and beef. They have Hawkstone cider and lager on draught too which was great. They were very helpful to an elderly couple and their families too. Nothing was a problem. This was our 2nd visit here and we will go back again.

The dishes I’ve tried from Shuhag have been excellent, fantastic ingredients and surprisingly hot. The medium strength chicken tikka balti, and the chicken tikka garlic are superb, hot enough yet properly spiced as they didn't cause me any indigestion, well recommended!
