13 of us visited this evening for a birthday meal. We were served by Chris who was brilliant from start to finish. Always checking back to see if we needed anymore drinks or service and was really friendly. The food was fab everyone throughly enjoyed the food. Great service for a large table, couldn't fault it. Cake Box Telford

It was my birthday 2 weeks ago, I accidentally ordered the wrong colour cake and called them the next morning to see if they could change it. They were very considerate and understanding and made me another one. The cake was amazing, exactly how I wanted to it to look and tasted fantastic. Well done Cake Box Telford

Hi really really like pepes food tastes really good.
Just have some questions regarding delivery, why around 12am in night we are not able place delivery from pepes website why we have to use just eat and uber eats after 11.30, why should we pay extra 4-5 quid for same good.
And also i am vegetarian i am not sure this guys ise separate griller and brush for sauce.

Otherwise food really tastes good my fav place in town for late night dinner.

Bella Italia - Telford

my friend and i visited bella italia on GCSE results day to celebrate our success. we were welcomed at the door by a lovely waitress who immediately let us know what deals were available (as bella italia offers deals for students on results day). we were able to each get a free starter and a free desert. \n\nthe waitress was lovely to my friend and I, taking an interest in how we did in our exams and congratulating us. \n\nfor my meal i ordered the vegan meatballs as my starter which i would absolutely recommend as they were delicious.\n\nthen, for my main i ordered a vegan margarita pizza. although the cheese looked slightly… well… radioactive, the taste was wonderful so i can’t complain! \n\nmy desert was vegan vanilla gelato with salted caramel sauce and oreo pieces which i thoroughly enjoyed. \n\nmy friend and i also ordered some fries to share as a side dish however they took a little longer to arrive in comparison to our mains. this was no problem at all though as another waiter named ben (who was consistently polite and helpful), kindly knocked them off the bill for us.\n\nall in all, i would not hesitate to return to telford’s bella italia in the future. the food is lovely and the welcoming staff make you feel comfortable and appreciated; it is clear that they strive to ensure you have a good experience.

Severn Gorge

Food was very good, well mine was, the fish was huge and a good portion of fries on the side, my aunts steak was ordered medium and did come out well done, but she said for the price she didn't want to complain, the lady who served us was called Alex and she was very friendly and attentive when taking our orders, and I was very happy with Tim the chef, just maybe work on steak cooking times :), an overall good meal out 4/5

We actually went there last year to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and my sister-in-laws birthday as they both are within 3 days of each other. Was meant to leave this review a lot sooner haha!

We had a really nice time and the food was lovely. Definitely recommend going if you can. Though if you go in the colder months it can get a little chilly as its an old converted church.

Only thing I can remember that was a bit questionable were the toilets, they could probably do with remodelling them to be honest. I remember wanting to only go the once and leave it for the rest of the night because they were a bit dodgy - If they have been remodelled since Nov last year then good.

Novello Lounge

We went to try the Tuesday tapas special offer and were glad that we did. The food actually arrived quite quickly and all together which was good. We both had the 3 tapas dishes with a drink option, so in all had 6 dishes to share and 2 drinks which we felt was good value. The food was very good as was the service. Will definitely return.

This is the best Indian food I’ve had in Telford. The food is delicious, tasty, beautiful. The service is exceptional. They said if I felt my dish was too garlicky for me, they would cook another one. So kind. All the staff are friendly, welcoming. The atmosphere is friendly and professional. Price of food is great value for money. I recommend my food to anyone, poppadoms with beautiful colourful dips, chicken tikka starter, my companion had chilli paneer. Yummy! I had a main of North Indian garlic chilli chicken, was so tasty, we shared rice and we had a Naan each. My friend had a curry of lamb made to their liking. Tell them your likes and dislikes because nothing is too much trouble. I will be returning!

Wrekin Giant

I came here this evening for food and was impressed with a young lad called Jamie, very polite and well mannered and made sure everything was ok with our food. The food was lovely also.

Vineyard Cantonese Restaurant

The food was of good quality, served quickly and tasted fresh. The staff working there were attentive, friendly and I liked the general atmosphere. Happy to come back again as there is a lot of choices on the menu we can try.

Bridge Builder

Wow. Stopped here after shopping on the Wreakin retail park. My wife and I ordered the Mix it Up. She had the southern fries skewers, dressed salad, sweet potato fries and a side of coleslaw. The skewers were sizzling coming to the ta le , the salad was plentiful and tasty The sweet potato fries were good also. I had the most moist 1/2 chicken I've every had in a pub. It was beautiful, hot and a good size. I went with chips and onion rings, and also a side of coleslaw. Our only criticism is the coleslaw could do with a little more mayo added to it. The service was quick, cheerful and friendly. Good atmosphere and all in all a good place to eat with good value for money menu. 5* experience highly recommended.

Probably an overdue review as we have been coming for a long time. We always get such a friendly welcome from Billie, this is what keeps us coming back as we were made to feel instantly connected from day 1! The bonus being our doggos can tag along with us for amazing food and great drinks! \n\nToday we have been for Sunday lunch & Jades service was 10/10! \n\nThank you Billie & Jade ?

Smithfields Traditional Fish & Chips

Oh my goodness, had the plaice today, was the best fish meal I have had since I had a whole Dover Sole in Mevagissey in Cornwall many years ago. The fish was cooked to perfection, I don't know how they manage it for the price such excellent value for money. Well done Smithfields.

Best Sunday Lunch
Just had an amazing Sunday lunch. The starter of Haddock Goujons was delicious. The beef was medium rare, the vegetables were perfectly cooked and the gravy was extremely tasty.
The service was fast and the food was piping hot. Can't fault it!! Thank you.

Bangla Pride Telford Ltd

Well we’ve often had takeaways collected and/or delivered from Banglapride but for the first time ithis evening we ate in the restaurant with family. And I can honestly say we were absolutely blown away by the experience.\n\nWe had such a lovely warm and courteous welcome on arrival on a very wet , cold evening . All the staff were smartly dressed, looking like professionals who really cared about first impressions .\n\nWe were promptly seated and orders taken after browsing through a very extensive menu. The meals were absolutely delicious with really good portions. Decor was inviting and service impeccable. \n\nWe were able to take our own alcohol which incidentally, was in the form of carrying pints of beer from across the adjacent pub - The Station (also a favourite of ours). Both the pub landlords and the restaurant were happy with this - apparently a regular thing! \n\nSo we will definitely be returning. Thank you Banglapride, it was a pleasure dining with you.

Some amazing beers available here. They also have a good range of spirits. I tried the IPA and the chairman’s reserve spiced rum and they were both amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful

The best Kebab around, with the added bonus of friendly staff / service.
The salad bar is fresh and compliments any meal you order, portion sizes are more than generous you would be silly to try any other.

Suree's Kitchen

What an absolute gem of a place! We arrived without having booked (silly us - definitely recommend booking a table!) but we were told they could fit us in, and I'm so glad they could. The staff are wonderful, the place is lovely and clean (hygiene rating of 5) and it felt very comfortable.
We had the prawn toast and pork balls to start, which were delicious. The prawn toast was unlike any I've ever had. Super crispy, fresh and moist.
For our mains we had the beef pad krapow (off the specials board) and the prawn pad thai. The beef was stunning, beautiful flavours with tender beef and a touch of heat - perfect!
To end we had the fried ice cream (had to give it a go) and the lemon and lime cheesecake. The cheesecake was so creamy.
We will definitely book a table next time we come ❤️

Pizza Hut Restaurants

We came for dinner, firstly the app wasn’t accepting our discount code but the staff behind the counter sorted that out without a fuss. Then three of the four pizzas arrived promptly. The forth was mysteriously aloof. After two visits to check on the missing pizza it arrived with lots of apologies. We accept that mistakes can happen and can only praise the manager and the staff for the way in which the situation was dealt with. We did not complain, we didn’t need to, the mistake was dealt with more than satisfactory. Can recommend this outlet for the customer service.

Grazing Cow at Lawley

Unexpectedly lovely evening, food was lovely. Service even better. Aidan our waiter was so attentive and courteous. Chef Connor ensured that allergies were catered for, very specific and careful to ensure safety. Would definitely recommend

La Casita Bar Tapas

Wonderful little restaurant with very friendly staff and great food. Had a lovely evening to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday. Highly recommend the fried aubergine with honey, the olive salad and sticky toffee pudding! Excellent value for money, would definitely visit again if we are in the area.

We came here for the first time the other week after it was recommended to try this place, the food was really lovely and hot. The kebab we had was a mix kebab and it was lovely. Took a little while to get it as they were busy but didn't mind waiting in the shop for great food.

Fantastic store! One crew member by the name of samurai is the best McDonald’s worker ever!!! Aaaaahhhhh what a guy. Made my year he did. He works out too so that always helps having a fellow big dog working there. Should be manager if you ask me. Big up my guy.

Fantastic pub with great seating areas inside and outside!! Staff very friendly and service was excellent!!! Food was fab with good portion sizes that were great value for money. \nIts a busy pub that's got limited seating inside so I would recommend booking as you'll be disappointed if you can't get in!!

Absolutely the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. I had the regular breakfast my partner had a mushroom omelette which he loved and he asked if they could put some bacon in it as well which they did no problem.
Definitely going back and the staff were so lovely as well.
I had no idea the cafe was on my doorstep so glad we found it.

Terrific beer that is changed every week. I only recently discovered this pub despite being a local for 7 years without realising. Visited 4 times in 12 days. Which says a lot. The Black Iris Porter is amazing. Please being this back.

My son having participated in a few “normi will it pakori “ TikToks , Said we had to go and try some of the meals before Ureys leaves the town centre! Oh my I’m glad we did ! I can’t believe I didn’t discover you before !!! My prawn Thai green curry was to die for !!! I do hope to come back to you in the future wherever you end up because that was incredible! The selfie with my son was so sweet , what a lovely lady !

The staff are very polite and the owner. This was a great chippy back in its day and it looks like it will be again they have obviously spent a lot of time and money on the place new range and floor.And frontage
We had the mix meat kebab wich was plentiful and tasty. My wife had a large fish chips mushy peas all cooked fresh. she said they were lovely. I would highly recommend this chip shop. Try it and see

We used Sofood to cater our wedding party. From initial chats with Mandy to the big day when we got the food everything was done professionally. The fillings in the sandwiches were what our guests commented on most and the beautiful desserts. We definitely recommend Sofood and will use them again in the future! Thank you

Ordered a few Value Ocean boxes through the google maps tabs and was ready when i arrived. Found what you got was great quality and fab price. Very pleased. Had a slight issue with the order but staff sorted it for me. On another note as I left i saw the battered chips and that is seriously on my list next time. Place also smelt amazing and well maintained. Extremely clean. Thanks.

The food is okay for me, the chicken is a bit dry for my liking but everyone has a taste. It is always a good service from staff though and they are always polite. The atmosphere around the place is nice, people chatting and not too loud. Great place if you want a big good party

Propper London style chicken cottage. Only one I could find in shrewsbury or telford!!!! Food was good about £5 for 6 wings and chips with a drink, which is a little steep for what it is, but with price increases its about right. Inside is still being done up with works going on, Service was a little slow compared to a London chicken shop, the wings were already made and I still waited about 10 minutes just for chips and a drink, I also gave the first drink back as there was sauce on the bit you drink from.Vegetarian options: They do have plenty of veggie options like veggie burgers and fingersParking: Limited spaces and on street parking, would suggest a quick pick up and to go somewhere else to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat floor with no steps and seating inside

Sofia's Cafe

Attended a ‘curry evening’ at Sofia’s on Saturday 27.09 where Raj put on a fixed menu x3 course meal for £25.00 with my wife, daughter and granddaughter. The starter consisted of a combination of vegetable samosa, tandoori chicken pieces a fish pakora accompanied by a dish of salad. There was ample for the four of us. The main course consisted of lamb curry, rice, chick pea and lentil dhal and naan bread. The meal was finished off with a dessert of gulab jamun and ice cream. The meal was served hot, well presented allowing time for digestion between courses. In our opinion the night was good value for the cost and of a standard that would grace any restaurant in the area. Congratulations to Raj and his staff for such a positive experience of traditional home cooked Indian food. Hoping you feel it went well enough to consider regular evenings in the future.

I came here during lunch time and the sandwiches were really tasty and the coffee was fantastic too, well priced compared to other cafes in Telford. Staff are very friendly and asked me if I was enjoying the food, which added to the great customer experience.

There are plenty of chairs inside, and I enjoy the decor, makes it look cozy.

Visited this morning, lovely gluten free cakes and offer gluten free sandwiches too. Dog friendly and they have dog ice cream. Amazing sausage rolls with various flavours, lots of food options and fab coffee. Helpful and friendly staff, very quick service and value for money. Recommend and will definitely visit again!

Superb! We turned up in a large group and we had flawless service. The mixed grill is superb and incredibly tasty. The Desi pub scene is getting crowded but this one certainly stood out for me!

Truffles Cafe

Stopped off here for a cake and coffee whilst visiting Ironbridge. So good we returned for a late lunch a few hours later. Delicious food at a reasonable price. The cakes are amazing. So good, I forgot to take a photo before we ate them. Highly recommend the club sandwich...which I did take a photo of.

Darby's Of Ironbridge

A beautiful sunny morning in Ironbridge topped off by a lovely refreshing stop at Darby's. The food and service were excellent - the waitress even checked my toasted teacake was cooked to my liking. My husband really enjoyed his sausage sandwich. Highly recommended with very accommodating staff. We will visit again.

Gratitude Cafe

Dropped by for a quick lunch on a Saturday in September, the cafe was quite full but we managed to get a table for two near the counter.

The menu had all day breakfast options including pancakes alongside some delsounding sandwich choices, we opted for avocado, mushroom and egg on sourdough and the sweet chilli chicken melt. The avocado sandwich came with a small side salad and the chicken melt with a generous helping of fries.

Both were well presented and absolutely delicious, we were too full for cakes afterwards but decided to take away a Cruffin and millionaire's shortbread which again were excellent.

We enjoyed it souchbthat we went back for a cooked breakfast a few days later which was also very good. This will be our go-to cafe from now on.

The Water Rat Inn

Beautiful pub and hotel. Wonderfully situated next to the river and a 10/15 minute walk to the Ironbridge.
Service was amazing, especially at breakfast. The lady couldn't do enough for us and the food was delicious.

Me and my misses went to liquor lab for a bottomless brunch this afternoon and it was absolutely brilliant grate and fast service by Ethan and the rest of the team couldn’t recommend a better place

The Outpost Cafe & Bar

What a fantastic place, shame it's not advertised more. Huge cafe type establishment serving cakes ? drinks, milkshakes, hot choc. Toilets very clean, disabled/baby changing toilet too. Disabled- there is a lift and I had to use it as I have just undergone ankle surgery. The Place offers meeting rooms and lots of parking too. Highly recommend for businesses.

Fine Food

I have been using this takeaway for forty years. It has been in the same family all of that time. The food is excellent and Simon is such a friendly welcoming guy. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

First time I went into this pub, I am moving into the area, very friendly, locals were welcoming, got talking to Emma the landlady, lovely lady, who unfortunately will not be there once I move, very homely feel too.

The HUT little dawley

Got takeout from here for the first time today, got the family feast box and a meat feast pizza . I can’t recommend this place enough. Food was absolutely amazing and so much more of it than I was expecting. Great value for money too.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and the portion sizes were perfect. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome without being overbearing. The atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant, making it perfect for both a casual meal and a special occasion. I’ll definitely be coming back—and recommending it to everyone I know!

There’s nothing that makes customers feel more valued than stepping through the door, waiting in line - and seeing their order (large Latte) being brewed before they’ve even spoken!! Such is my experience at Oakengates where I visit about 2-3 mornings a week. Tracy (my personal ‘brewer’ as I see her most often) is such a lovely woman, always cheery no matter how dark, dull and dismal the weather (or my day). Note: there is no room to eat in at this branch but there are 3 benches outside if you don’t like eating on the hoof. A lovely place to go.

Hadley Kitchen Chinese Take away

Hands down the best Chinese food I’ve ever had - super tasty, fresh, hot & flavoursome. Staff very friendly and order was ready at time stated. Great range of items including moist and tasty half duck starter and delicious Sweet and Sour chicken.

Coalport Tavern

Atmosphere is great for England games and normal Friday/Saturday nights. There is lots of entertainment available including karaoke and dance nights. Behind the bar, Helen and Jacob are great to speak to and so kind!

I would like to thank Ben for a truly wonderful dinner on Sunday, I had the beef instead of my usual lamb, I am so glad that I did, it was absolutely scrumptious, you got the Yorkshire pudding bang on and the vegetables were so tasty and tender but not soft, as I said to you on Sunday, you’re more than capable and keep up the good work, thanks to Fiona and the team for a brilliant service and fantastic company Best Wishes JoJo x

The Red Lion Hotel

Sarah and Julian at The Red Lion are wonderfully warm and friendly hosts. They handled all the arrangements for my mother's and my Sister's wakes with sensitivity and efficiency and made both occasions as wonderful as such sad times could afford. The food was lovely and the atmosphere just right. My family have been patrons at The Lion for years and will continue to be so.

Best kebab in Telford. These guys have been here for years and have a great following. If you happen to have a kebab from elsewhere then you realise how good this place actually is!

We were served by a friendly male member of staff.
Hand gel is available by the door.
We asked for some lettuce but never received any.
No vegan aioli anymore.
Floors need a deepclean but other than that appeared hygienic.
