84 High St, WellsWe wanted to go in for lunch, but it was a bit cold to sit outside, and looked full inside. A very friendly, smiling lady offered to see if there was an inside table free, and came back out a couple of minutes later to say yes there was one available.
Both her and our waitress were pleasant and asked if everything was ok, once we had been given our food.
We had an omelette with fries and salad, and a veggie burger ditto. Good coffee.
Despite being busy, it wasn't too noisy, and we were served our food and drink promptly.

15-17 Broad St, WellsLovely little Italian, we loved the informal approach, with our host ensuring we had everything we need. We order carbonara, pizza and sides of chips and garlic bread !! We enjoyed every single bite! Even our youngest demolished the lot !! Lovely little stop if your staying in Wells with your family !

Glastonbury Rd, WellsWe went on a Wednesday for the special offer meal. All the dishes were well cooked and tasty so pretty good value for money. There is plenty of onsite parking which is a bonus.
The only issues we had were very slow service, two and a half hours in total which is not good enough ?
The other issue was with ingredients, we checked that some dishes had no dairy but it turns out that they did! I would recommend the food here but they should improve the service levels and pay more attention to ingredients allergies information

13 Broad St, WellsLovely cappuccino and the staff were friendly and helpful. Friends that I was with had lunch and they had dietary needs, that the staff were really great with and offered alternatives. We were made to feel welcome throughout our visit and I will definitely be back again.

Me and my partner eat here quite a lot we know the staff well, they're all absolutely fabulous, and a huge thank you to all the chefs that cook delicious food and work very hard even when mega busy the food is hot and tasty quick service from the waiters waitresses as well. Daniel is great always have a laugh with him, John too and Matthew is a lovely lad always smiling. Lovely clean restaurant aswell, always clean and tidy... now for the manager Ryan he is an absolute gentleman very polite good chats and laugh he runs an incredible team whilst doing an excellent job himself. Thank you ask to all of the team. You're all amazing!! ❤️

the atmosphere is so inviting, ia feels like a very big living room. the food? amazing, it tasted so good and everyone got just the right amount of fullness.
the price? so fair, i got the best english breakfast ive ever had for just 11 pounds!! what a steal.
the waitresses were very nice and the service was so fast! i ordered my dish, went to the restroom and when i got back it was just waiting on the table, ready for me to eat.
so in conclusion. this place is a must and I've got nothing bad to to say for it.

However,tonight I had ordered a donna meat and chips,cheese,with garlic mayo and it came with donna chicken meat on the top of meal? I wasn’t very happy with this because this is not what I ordered,nor what I like. I did also check that I did ordererd the correct meal that I wanted,It was correct,luckily there wasn’t much donna chicken on my meal , so I had taken it off. Not a great start.

As my history shows, I am a committed foodie and this was a quite superb experience. All courses were stunningly presented and of superb flavours too.
You are able to watch staff in the kitchen and chef is very calm and organised.
I am a huge fan of fine dining from cafes to 3* michelin venues and this was quite exceptional.

The price was very reasonable, and I would definitely stay here again. Location is very convenient to everything. We stayed on a Monday night and the pub was quiet.

I only ordered hot chocolate so I can’t comment on the food, but the hot chocolate was fabulous (good quality chocolate definitely), served in ‘huskee’ cups, cute little cups that really kept the hot chocolate ‘hot,’
The lady that served me was really friendly too, as I’ve said already I really liked the decor, just a cool Lille independent café will some great music playing in the background, loud enough to enjoy but quiet enough for conversation.

Service a little inattentive tonight - we would've had another drink (or two) had the server come over to ask, and it took far too long to get the bill. Also no small discount or any sort of complimentary service in the restaurant for guests staying in the rooms above? These things would preclude me recommending to friends/coming back in any hurry. However, just going on the quality of the food, I couldn't give it less than a five.

But, I can admit I was wrong to even judge this place based on negative reviews, it was a pleasant experience, not a far walk from the local car park, lots of seating available, ordered at the bar and had drinks within 2 minutes and food within 25 minutes, and the food was lovely! I got the 3 starter deal and I wish I got 10 because they were great! The prawns/nachos/chicken wings were so nice! The lady serving and the gentleman manning the bar were lovely and attentive!
Top experience and I cannot wait to come again when I’m in the area!
