Visited for the first time this evening, and boy were we impressed. The portion sizes are fantastic, the food itself was delicious, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful (family run), and a great atmosphere. We will most definitely be going back

Ballerz Clubhouse

We highly recommend a visit to Ballerz Clubhouse! A great venue with a variety of different games. We played the Interactive Darts and Interactive Clay Shooting which were both brilliant! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, with reasonable prices and a great selection of cocktails. The food was delicious too - we will definitely return!

Sushi Jun

I had such a great experience at Sushi Jun! The food was absolutely amazing, and you can really taste the freshness and quality in every bite.

The Volcano roll was my favourite — packed with flavour and just the right amount of heat. It’s a little messy to eat, but honestly, that just makes it more fun and totally worth it.

The seared Samson sushi was a real standout — the texture and flavour were incredible, and it just melted in my mouth. And the tuna tataki is an absolute must-try. Perfectly seared, beautifully presented, and full of flavour.

Overall, Sushi Jun delivered an excellent dining experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend to any sushi lovers. ?

Maison Restaurant

This was not just a restaurant, this was a gastronomic experience unlike anything else we have ever had. Booked as a 30th Birthday dinner we were delighted by how special we were made to feel at the Chef's Table. Lornette and Ben run the restaurant and were like old friends within minutes, the atmosphere and surroundings were superb and the food was to die for. They offered a chef's table tasting menu that consisted of 10 courses, each was meticulously prepared and presented with flair, in front of our eyes. It was a meal worthy of all our senses: sight, taste, touch, sound and the amazing smell. It was pure theatre on a plate (or rather lots of plates). Each course was explained, matched with wine and savoured completely. Nothing was overwhelming or too big and surprisingly every ingredient was made to taste wonderful. It was a very special 30th birthday that prompted us to try something different and we are so glad we did. We will remember this meal, and the wonderful Lornette and Ben forever. We have told everyone we know about it and hope to find room on their books to book again. It was simply majestic.

The Castle

Lovely pub, had the midweek special of 2 courses for £17.95 - very reasonable. Goats cheese tart was lovely and cheesy, pork medallions were well grilled, bordering on too tough but still nice and meaty. Could do with more sauce but excellent for the price these days

Ocha bubble tea(Farnham)

This is a really good place to get cold fruit tea on a hot sunny day. The prices for what you get are amazing! The guy behind the counter was very friendly and made our drinks swiftly and was also very patient with us as there is so much to choose from!

Silver Sea Farnham (Traditional Plaice)

This was the first time visiting Silver Sea. Have to say, I now understand the glowing reviews. The fish and chips were incredible! 100% will be ordering from here again.

Veena’s Kitchen

The staff were ever so patient and understanding of our various food intolerances, helping us choose and adapt their dishes to suit. The food was fresh and delicious - one of the best Pad Thai dishes I have had (including those made by some outstanding Army chefs). And I was offered a doggy bag to take my leftovers home so the deliciousness continued!

Pipasha Churt

Superb Indian restaurant in the beautiful village of Churt, south of Farnham. Attentive proactive waiters and an owner/chef who obviously takes pride in his culinary skills, serving delicious mouth watering indian cuisine and alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages alike, in an immaculately clean and atmospheric setting. Giggling Squid - Farnham

Enjoyed our dinner here. Food was okay, not mind blowing, especially for the price. I guess this is typical from chair restos.
Starters came around 30 mins after we ordered them but Maltika was very kind with us. She made sure everything was okay.

Best Farnham Kebabs

Genuinely the best kebabs I've ever had.
Boss man puts his heart and soul into this food and you can taste it.

As the saying goes: food goes to the stomach, kebab goes to the heart.

And they are some of the nicest people I have ever met, always make my day in the little time I see them

Papa Johns Pizza

I recently ate from Papa John’s and had a great experience overall. The pizza was delicious, hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings, with a perfectly balanced crust and flavorful garlic dip on the side. What made it even better was the service; the employee (Jeet) who assisted me was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was accurate and ready on time. Great food and excellent customer service — definitely worth recommending!

The Barley Mow Tilford

Really nice, traditional village pub. Also have a coffee shop on site that opens early for cyclists and ramblers like me. Lovely garden. We were made so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Great place.

Heavens Kitchen

I have eaten my Christmas Day lunch with you for a few years now. I am on my own (which doesn't bother me) as I visit my sister in Farnham Mill nursing home over Christmas. I am always made most welcome and fellow guests have always been so pleasant.
The service, which is the most important part of eating out, has always been sensitive and caring - first class.
The food is excellent too, very tasty and the menu offers a number of choices - but no too many. And I didn't have to cook it.
I like the atmosphere, nothing is too much trouble and the decor tastefully decorated for the season, and, as I have already said, fellow guests have been most pleasant and friendly. Thank you.

The Wheatsheaf Pub & Restaurant Farnham

As a Farnham student, Wheatsheaf is one of the best place to chill out. I enjoyed the karaoke night at Thursday the most, the DJ allows the customers to pick songs from YouTube., which means that every songs on YouTube can be accessed, no matter the languages. Reasonable price for beer and cocktails, additionally, the one and only prawn chips is the best I’ve had in the UK. Highly recommended for friends and family to this friendly bar.

The Mulberry

Seems like a lovely pub, good food and beer, and sport on the TV. Staff friendly as well, although standing at the bar unacknowledged while 4 staff have a chat was a bit frustrating.

Côte Farnham

Home From a beautiful meal with three of my friends at the Farnham restaurant. Sadly for the staff, there was a bit of a glitch with the till system and unbelievably customers were giving them grief despite being offered the whole meal for free. I think all members of staff handled it incredibly well and continued with courtesy even went under an incredible amount of stress. I certainly will be returning for another portion of French onion soup.

Borelli's Wine Bar & Grill

We had our Christmas party at Borelli's on the 20/12/25 and we were really well looked after. The chef came out to check on us numerous times, the server was great also. It was our second year there celebrating our Christmas party. The food was great along with the cocktails and drinks. Would highly recommend.

Kingfish

The best fish n chips I have had in decades. Fish is fresh and fresh-battered. Chip portions are for gluttons but good texture and taste. Service is speedy and fortunately not re-fry style as in F1 junk. My favourite- a must.

Bill's Farnham Restaurant

There’s honestly not enough praise I can give for the staff at this restaurant. Yaz in particular. What an absolute gem. I’ve been coming here for a while now and she is so lovely and accommodating every single time. She never fails to make me feel welcome and put a smile on my face. Thank you Yaz!

Zizzi - Farnham

7:30 Saturday the 13th of December 2025.
6 of us booked for Christmas drinks and a meal as our company and branch manager failed to organise a proper works do.
Although we were a bit boisterous and had had a couple of drinks elsewhere, our waitress, Clara, attended to us patiently and professionally at all times and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and drinks thanks to her. A couple of her colleagues also helped but it was she, predominantly, that made our evening special.

The Spotted Cow

Very lovely pub (more a restaurant really). A bit of a drive from the town center, but in a very nice, forestry area near Bourne Woods. The food was good, even though I thought it was a bit expensive. The conservatory and the terrace fantastic. The service was very good. Overall, very recommended.

Pizza House

Noticed this place while driving past so we thought we'd try their pizza....it was a very good decision! Really nice pizza and very affordable too. We also had some of their milkshakes and we can highly recommend the Malteser one and the Oreo one! Great service, great food and great...we'll...just great ? ? ?Vegetarian options: Loads to choose from.Kid-friendliness: Really friendly owner and staff.

Jade Garden

First time customer - Food was pretty good, tasty batter and nice chips - service was friendly - the front waiting area of the shop is a tiny bit dated but overall would definitely come again.

Spice Station Ltd

Just moved into Elstead and not sure whether to order a curry from Farnham or Godalming, until a neighbour recommended Spice Station in Farnham and very glad we did. Delivery prompt, and although we're not the easiest to find, the driver called and we talked him in! Food excellent, whether you like mild (Madhu Chicken) or spicy (Naga Chicken - WOW!!) and will definitely use again. Highly recommended. Ciaran

The Bluebell

We went for lunch today after a busy morning at Alice Holt, the team were so welcoming, we had two young children and they had highchairs, baby changing and kids menus- there are two Pygmy goats in the garden who are absolutely adorable. The food was out of this world, atmosphere was lovely and we can’t wait to go back again. P.S the coleslaw was the best I have ever eaten.

The Star Inn

First time in, a real genuine gem... And a throwback to proper pubs, where you can relax and mix with real regulars. First class food, and no hipster gimmicks here. Friendly, inviting, warm and welcoming. In fact we were in on a Monday early evening and it was encouragingly busy, as busy as city centre pub, which tells it own truth. These places are getting rarer, thank goodness we stopped-by!

Nelson Arms

Atmospheric, historic pub with low beams and plenty of character. Very nice home cooked meals. Service can be variable. Until recently, the pub had a reasonable range of ales including the rare Taylor's Golden Best. But now the choice is less exciting - on my last visit only Otter Ale or Hogs Back TEA.

Fox Inn

Just been in for a bite of lunch and was amazed! 2 roasts for £25 was an absolute bargain considering the quality of the food and the portion sizes. Really delighted it's gone back to being a traditional pub. Even though it's only 4 minutes walk, we never really bothered with it before

The Crossways Inn

First visit for 6 years and it hasn't changed (thank goodness). Great well conditioned beer (Directors was exemplary) and a terrific range of crisps, dogs, warm indoors, no pretentious nonsense although I'd love to see some "craft" cans in there (not supermarket craft, proper craft) and some pork/vegan pies with pickles. But I won't mark a pub down for being a proper beer pub in a county that guzzles wine and cocktails.

Shepherd and Flock

Had such a lovely Mother’s Day at Shepherd and Flock! The roast dinner was absolutely spot on — perfectly cooked meats, crispy roast potatoes, and all the trimmings you’d hope for. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavour, proper comfort food done right.

What made it even more special was the thoughtful touch of both mums getting a free glass of Prosecco — such a nice way to celebrate the occasion and make them feel appreciated.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive without being over the top. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and a perfect way to spend Mother’s Day. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again!

Gulshan Tandoori

This is a real find. The menu is extensive with some unique menu items. It is very different from the previous restaurant that was here. It deserves to succeed - please try it,

The Bengal Lounge

What an excellent dining experience!

We were a small party of four adults, two ordering starters and mains, two just mains. All of us ordered rice and naan breads.

Not a single complaint or improvement. The food was generous in portion size, flavourful and cooked to perfection. The attention to detail showed as even the plain rice tasted excellent, fresh and just delicious. We all tried each others mains and we were all impressed by the depth and range of flavour. The naans were impeccable and obviously freshly made.

Service stood out as excellent, with pleasant and humorous attentive service for the duration of our dining experience, and we did hang about for quite some time (sorry guys).

A thoroughly impressive performance from start to finish from a beautifully appointed and very well run establishment. We will be back!

Farnham Tandoori

Great for dine in and take away.

Food quality very good with wide variety of dishes and generous portion sizes.

Take away orders easy to make by phone with pickup pretty well always 20 minutes. Always ready on time.

The Gorge

We don’t often come to Farnham, but I’m so glad we did today (14th August) me, my son and his partner had some lovely food when we went into the cafe. Everything was cooked to perfection and the prices of the food were fantastic. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Farnham and looking for something that’s budget friendly :)

Hare & Hounds

This is my favourite pub for atmosphere and food and drink. It is welcoming. The food is amazing and consistently excellent. I am told the Guiness is the best in the area and I do know a family who drive several miles to drink it! The service is fast efficient and friendly. Their fish and chips is in my opinion the best out there. The landlord and landlady have made this pub a really special place. Worth a journey to visit .

The coffee was okay, I’d come back to see if it were just an ‘off’ shot. The real star of the show was the carrot cake. I felt myself savouring every mouthful and my heart almost skipped a beat when some almost fell off the plate.

The Alfred Free House

A great little pub with a great atmosphere for a quiet drink, didn't have food but pizzas passing by looked good. Friendly landlord, landlady and regulars use when I'm in the area.

The William Cobbett

Service is slow (and often ignorant) at best. You can stand at the bar for minutes whilst two bar staff have a chat a a few feet away from you, completely ignoring you. Despite the often poor service, this remains the best pub in Farnham. Great atmosphere, large beer garden, 4 pool tables, (upstairs) jukebox, plenty of seating and decent, if slightly expensive, beer. If only they would bring back the downstairs jukebox. Generally chilled out, but I have seen more punch ups there in the past month than I have in the previous decade.

The Elm Tree Farnham

We visited a bit ad hoc as we’re driving around. Sometimes things work out for a reason. What a find.
The roasts were brilliant. Tasty, ample and freshly cooked. Couldn’t fault anything apart from having to drive and couldn’t soak up anymore of the brews well kept on the pumps or the friendly welcoming atmosphere. We shall return for sure.

The Alma

First visit today (recently moved to the area), all staff were very friendly and helpful. The ladies were funny made us giggle and was great with our children. Food was lovely and definitely great value for money and to add they even had ab extra touch which was a lovely surprise and gave the mum's a small gift. Will definitely will come again.

Best Istanbul Kebab

Came in today and as soon as I got to the van I was greeted by a super friendly guy, put my order together almost instantly and perfectly, the portion size was great, the food? immaculate. I consider myself a kebab guy, I've had kapsalon in the Netherlands, gyros in a small town in Greece, and this was up there with the best of them.
Everything tasted fresh, chips were golden brown and the doner was perfect, not greasy at all so you aren't left with that heavy feeling after eating it. Only place I'll go for a kebab round here now.

A hearty Sunday roast dinner and perfect pint of Guinness!
The playground is excellent for the little ones and is well secured with minimal escape routes.

Tongham Village Bakery

What a wonderful little place! A proper bakery. Everything looked amazing! I struggled to pick!
The staff are so so sweet as well, very friendly and lovely. I wish we had one like this in Wokingham, wouldn't be good for my waistline, but would be good for the soul

The Orient Fish and Chip Shop

We are served immediately with accommodating staff/owner. The fish and chips are freshly cooked and it was so delicious. The servings are massive and satisfying. I would like to buy there again if given the chance to go back.

The Crown, Farnham

Went to watch a band at this pub on a Saturday night, lovely pub, great atmosphere, Mrs Coles the landlady was very friendly and they have a good selection of drinks and bar snacks. The band One for the Road were brilliant. A really lovely pub. Thank-you.

Cafe Destino

Excellent service. Very quick and efficient in the morning which is great. Friendly and welcoming start to the day which is an added bonus. Claudio is superb and remembers your coffee order and always has a positive attitude. Good variety of coffee/tea choices.

The White Hart Tongham

Absolutely fab roast dinner. There is a choice of Chicken Gammon and Beef and you can have 1,2 or 3 meats. Good veggie option too. All the food was spot on, very tasty.

Greggs

DAISY KEBAB

The doner kebab is exceptional. The succulent meat, fresh crispy salad, and wonderfully tangy chilli sauce make it one of the best I've ever had. I only opted for the small portion yet it was huge. Really good value.
We ordered a takeaway three days later and unfortunately the shish kebabs are not as good.
The lamb was ok but the chicken was really really dry. Almost inedible.

Caffè Nero

Always great service. Ryan is an asset to the company. Always friendly and remembers my order even though I'm always in once a fortnight. Now that's service for you.

Tasty House

Honestly one of the best Chinese takeaways I’ve had in a while, tried out all the local ones and nothing beats this one. Loved the authentic vibe at the shop when I walked in, really was like a museum with many cultural Chinese pairing and artefacts. The food is really fantastic, very authentic, and tasted much like the food I had when I was away in my year long Asia trip. My favourite no doubt Is the beef green pepper in black bean sauce, paired with boiled rice is truly chefs kiss. Definitely will be coming back again!

I wondered how Subway would make the traditional dish their own, which is how I found myself Farnham Subway branch. ✌️

I really enjoyed it, but what I loved the most was the texture of the potato, which was soft and tender. ?❤️

I think Subway should extend the trial and make jacket potatoes a permanent fixture, because they are versatile and can easily be batch made in advance, thereby combatting a potential lunchtime rush. ??
