Best Desi Grill in the country. I have been to many in London and Birmingham and the food here is amazing. Has to be tasted to be believed. I tried the mixed grill, plain nan and Soho Chips. Good portion sizes.

Ammo who runs the place is very friendly and makes an effort.

Recommend to all who appreciate good food.

We had a group booking of 18 of us on Sat 16th August. All of us were very impressed with the food. The large mixed grill was great all cooked and nicely marinated not dry at all. The main dishes we had a mixture of lamb, chicken, keema and paneer each dish was awesome really flavoursome. They also have a really good selection of drinks. Defo worth a visit.

It's the second time I've visited. This time it was a week night and much quieter which was great. The food I opted for was delicious, apart from the beef in black bean sauce. It tasted awful. The staff member who made an impression on us (both times) was a man called Monty. I just assumed he was the manager. He made us feel like we were at his place and that nothing was too much trouble. Most of the other staff seemed friendly when I asked a question. Looking forward to returning.

This was my first time ordering food from Tividale Valley having lived so close to it for 40yrs + so I kept it basic chicken curry with mushrooms, beef curry, portion of chips and 2 large spring rolls. The curries were amazing full of flavour and a good quantity of everything, chips great and large spring rolls where fantastic so fresh and tasty. Think I'll be eating my way through the whole menu ? brilliant, this place will probably be my forever Chinese takeaway.

I went in the afternoon and really enjoyed my visit. You order through the app, which is really convenient and something I’d recommend doing before you arrive. When I got there, it took a couple of minutes for the staff to notice me, but once served everything went smoothly and they were polite.

The food was delicious, very filling, and excellent value for money. Portions were generous, and I liked that they also offer vegan options for more choice.

The shop was quiet when I visited, so it was quick and easy, but it’s takeaway only. It was simple to find, and there’s plenty of parking nearby, which makes it very convenient.

Overall, a really good experience — tasty food, good value, and easy access. I’ll definitely be going back and would recommend it to others!

Fantastic food and speedy delivery! The starter for two (ribs, wontons, prawn toast, spring rolls and crunchy seaweed) was great value and very tasty. The mains (Singapore noodles and sweet & sour king prawn were delicious and large portion sizes – enough for two meals! Delivery was fast, too – the driver was at the door within 20 minutes of placing the order. Pretty good for a Saturday night! Will definitely be ordering again.

Everything is always spot on. Great quality, great portions, everything!
Sometimes I wished they were on a food ordering app. but actually, I'm not convinced the food would arrive on the plate in as good a condition as it does when you have to fetch them from here yourself. Go visit the Codfather and...

Visited the pub on Tuesday evening. Dined with friends and our server Natasha talked us expertly through the menu options. I’m a vegetarian and chose celeriac steak on her recommendation which was delicious. My friends are all meat eaters and their choices included fillet steak and lamb rump…..everyone really enjoyed their food. The visit was made so much nicer by the friendliness of Natasha and I would be grateful if you would pass on our thanks to her personally. She really is a great asset to your establishment. I had been driving past this place for weeks before I noticed it today!This is a small mobile snack van parked-up next to the Olympic Rooms, at the junction of Turners Hill and Portway Hill.There is a derelict pub opposite, that used to be the Wheatsheaf, surrounded by white hoardings.Choice of small or large Jacket Potatoes, cooked to perfection, with an excellent selection of toppings.Very reasonable prices, friendly and efficient staff, and of course, excellent food.
