fish and chip shop, Bay View Rise, Holborn Hill, MillomFish and chips cooked fresh while you wait, No hot counter like some fish and chip shops. Batter on my fish was lovely and crispy and the cod lovely and flakey.

West County Hotel, Market Square, MillomEnjoyed an evening meal here last night. Chicken livers starter was as good as I’ve had anywhere and the salmon main was cooked to perfection. Staff are friendly and attentive. If you want an authentic Italian food experience then this is the place to go to.

Would recommend if your in the area.
Very clean restaurant and toilet facilities.
Very friendly staff.
Free limited amount of parking with disabled parking aswell.

Lovely fish & chips. Very reasonably priced and delivery although a little bit of a wait it was still within the time frame we were given.
Would definitely go here again if in the area.

The Punch Bowl Inn
The Green, MillomWe where staying in Millon for a few nights. Came to the Punch Bowl for Sunday roast. It was delicious. Portion was great. Service was great. Sarah was very chatty. We had 4 drinks 2 Sunday roast and 1 dessert all for under £55. Definitely worth a vist.

Main St, Haverigg, MillomThis was the first time we have visited, we had a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The food was excellent. The steak and mushroom pie was delicious and packed with steak. Apple and caramel pie was spot on. Good value for money

King William IV Inn
Kirksanton, MillomMy family, boyfriend and I visited the King William IV whilst on holiday and just like we told them while we were there, this is by far one of my favourite pubs I have ever visited. The food was outstanding, the selection of drinks was fabulous for all our different tastes and the staff were not only just kind, but hospitable, caring, friendly and such a good laugh. We ended up frequenting here for 2 weeks and have to say I am missing it. As a woman I felt very safe there, and it was extremely clean and tidy upon every visit. I would highly recommend visiting here, and if we are ever in the area, we will always go in. Thank you for being such a lovely part of our peaceful time away, and hopefully see you soon one day. X

Greens of Millom
37-39 Wellington St, MillomCalled in on a flying visit to Millom, the takaway coffee was mild and pleasant, the Millionaires' Shortbread was lovely, it had a pleasantly crunchy base and plenty of chocolate and loads of caramel. The granola was good as was the small quiche.I would highly recommend a visit.

The Clock Tower Bar
3 Market Square, MillomWe went to the special Curry Night and it was such a great evening! The food was amazing and we even got seconds brought out for us. It was a deal for £30 which included the food and unlimited drinks for 2 hours. We had delicious cocktails, wine, gin and more. Brilliant, attentive and positive staff, great atmosphere and amazing food. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the great night!

Staff were so friendly and helpful.
I just had a coffee and a piece of Currant Cake and I have to say it was one of the best currant cakes I have ever eaten and I’ve quite a lot of currant cake in my time!
Good coffee too.

The Ski Bar
Port Haverigg Holiday Village, Steel Green, MillomStayed nearby for a little camping, and this bar we went to twice. Both times were fan service and great food! Right in front of the marina, very reasonably priced too for drinks & food. Would definitely recommend.

Caspian Takeaway
2 Wellington St, MillomWe called recently while on holiday in the area. They were really busy, we placed a large order and it was cooked promptly. Everything was delicious. Staff must have heard us talking about celebrating my daughters birthday as when we arrived back to our caravan we found a piece of cake and a note saying Happy Birthday, packed in with our food. This was a lovely touch! We would definetly recommend.

CK's Pizza & Kebab
5 Market Square, MillomWent yesterday Tuesday 10 September 2024 around 5.30pm.
Was served by a young lad who was really professional and very helpful.
We had a meat feast calzone and a bbq chicken 12” pizza, both were delicious. The lad who served us even made sure he put the right amount of sauce on my calzone.
It was so refreshing to be served by someone who was really genuinely interested in his job. He’s an absolute credit to the business.
