We selected from the Tapas, in fact had the lot, just in case we do not get back soon ?. Chilled tunes throughout. Anywhere that plays the Cocteau Twins out of its speakers is good in my book.

Just driving past and seen the sign for a carvery and without reading any reviews we called in . We was greeted with a warm welcome and we asked if they had a table for 4. We was seated and enjoyed our meals. The carvery was delicious with a great selection of vegetables. And the roast beef was really tender and so was the pork. It’s got a really nice homely feel to the pub and a nice atmosphere. And the staff were really friendly and welcoming we will definitely come back for a meal here.

Absolutely amazing place, me and my friend are exploring Yorkshire, and food places along the way, safe to say we stumbled across this place and it was just lovely, from the food to the atmosphere, just fantastic.

From the moment we came in everyone was so welcoming and it was just a really comfortable atmosphere. The food was phenomenal, we got sides to just share between us, extremely impressed with how amazing the food was.

It’s quite a fair drive from us, as we aren’t local, but it was that good we’ve decided to make it a monthly thing to come back and try the menu we were so impressed. Will definitely be back!☺️ x

We were desperate for something to eat late at night (as you do after a couple of pints), and they welcomed us with open arms. The food was freshly homemade and delicious. We had Chicken Korma, dhal with extra coriander and chillies, and mushroom rice. The service was friendly.

We sat upstairs by the window with a view over Market Street, quiet and dark at that time of night, which gave it a cosy feel. A lovely spot with great food.

(Sep 2025) Ordered via Uber Eats. No cash and timed the pickup. A much better experience than last time.

(April 2025) It was an interesting first experience. Arrived 815PM - closes at 9pm - and was told there were NO more pizzas available. A bizarre way to make money/run a business. However, I was told they could squeeze in 3 more pizzas (despite a good two large trays of dough spotted during our wait) … and it was cash only. Another frustrating start; don’t blame them with all the tax headaches! We ordered a Pepperoni, Napoli and a Parma Ham, plus chips and a garlic bread = £49.

We were told the pizzas would be a 20-minute wait, so off we popped next door to the Coop for cash. The cash dispenser was out of order. Twenty minutes later we arrived with cash to collect. On arrival, the chef said they were just starting to make our pizza! (maybe they didn’t think we would come back?) So, another 10-15 minutes wait. It wasn’t a good start overall. However, the chef was working hard! … we got home and after 5 years of living in the area, this was the first pizza we have loved. The ingredients and flavours are delicious, so all was forgiven. We make our own pizzas in a stone oven using similar ingredients, and we follow the pizza story/Italian trail. … so it was great to find a local pizza store that offers the same quality and flavours; same passion. There’s no one this good in the area.

Other than witnessing the odd staff argument and ordering headaches, it’s worth being patient to taste the great food. It appears that Uber Eats and phone orders were the best option to get a quicker service. Would use again. They could do with moving the small table inside so you can actually stand inside the shop; perhaps put some music on to drown out the staff chat whilst customers stand awkward in the entrance? Easily fixed …

I have been coming here for a few months now, the place is under new management and this place never fails to amaze me. Quality of food and presentation is excellent. Peri wings are to literally to die for, so much flavour cooked to perfection. Staff are very polite will engage in conversation with you and make you feel very welcome. The takeaway is clean and very well presented. You will not be disappointed with these guys!!!

A jewel in the crown of Mytholmroyd. I visit here every couple of months with a friend who travels over from Wakefield for the amazing food here. I adore the beetroot salad. Always fresh and plentiful. My friend loves your platter.

Dogs are welcome and the pub has a terrace area.

We sat inside though, and liked the chilled atmosphere. Definitely not a rowdy pub - you can have a proper conversation here.

I'm autistic and sometimes food textures can be a problem for me, but the smoked salmon sandwich was utter perfection and the cakes were extraordinary. My first visit to this Chinese restaurant, and it did not disappoint. Over 200 items on the menu. I ordered the mock chicken Thai green curry with boiled rice. It was delicious. Generous portion size and the kind of fresh spice zing that a good green curry has. The mock chicken was succulent. Friendly service and the food came very quickly. To top things off, you can pick up a solar powered lucky cat.

Just had the most delicious food shared with the family. We had several different mains with a side of mushrooms & sauces. Every dish was so tasty , fresh & different , each with there own unique flavour. One of my favourites was Singapore vermicelli , cooked to perfection, the best taste ever. I Love a side of mushrooms they were Devine, they were all Devine. Lovely service over the phone , so helpful with my order. Happy to help with my queries on the various different meals. Worth every penny, I cannot recommend enough.

If you are visiting Hebden Bridge, I urge you to go to this hidden gem - especially if you are vegetarian / vegan , as that is what the style of the menu is. The service was pretty decent, everyone is super polite. The overall feel was amazing, super cool atmosphere and the food was incredible and at relatively fair prices. You really have to to there- it's super cute and I really could of stayed for the entire day if I didn't have to get the train back
