Bella Pizza
40 High St, HonitonI had a delivery from Bella Pizza last week, which wasn’t up to their usual excellent standard, but after I reviewed it on Google, they rang me up and offered me a free pizza.
The free pizza was back to its normal excellent standard!
I found out they had a replacement Chef the week before.
So I’m pleased with their honesty and their offer of the free pizza.
I did find it strange that the pizza before last wasn’t up to their usual standards but that has now been explained and everything is back to how it should be. So if you read my previous review. It was not justified as a whole for the company.
I now look forward to getting my lovely weekly pizza from Bella Pizza

North Service Area, J28, M5, Honiton Rd, CullomptonIt's a MacDonalds. You know what you're getting. Is it the best burger? No. Is it a suoer-quick.post-football experience? Yes. Needs must. We quite like the additional menu items they produce.
One thing to be said is that it definitely is not as affordable as it used to be - but still cheaper and quicker than most other fast food places.

Heron Farm, Weston, HonitonStopped for a spot of late lunch on the bank holiday. Have to say I wasn't prepared for the fabulous few hours we had here. The staff were amazing and friendly and very knowledgeable of the winery. The tapas food we shared was to die for, the chorizo was absolute knockout. Will definitely return for a full meal and a wine tasting tour. The place is amazing.

25 New St, HonitonSimply one of the best curries i’ve had in a long while! You need to bring your own alcohol much like Brick Lane used to be but there is a Spar just 2mins away. The Bhajees were crispy, light and beautifully presented, with a lush thick minted yoghurt, garlic naan was freshly made light, crispy and full of flavour and the mains were similarly exceptional! Thoroughly recommend!

Upottery, HonitonWe have been to the Sidmouth Arm many times and have always had a lovely meal, so decided to take two of our friends there today for their Christmas lunch and I got to say the food was absolutely fantastic!

Monkton, HonitonWhat a find! Otter Valley sits in an absolutely gorgeous location surrounded by rolling fields with lovely views - the kind of countryside setting that instantly puts you at ease. But the real star? Some of the best pizza I’ve had in ages - proper quality stuff. Gerry’s service was fantastic throughout, really attentive and genuinely welcoming. This is the kind of place that makes you remember why supporting local businesses matters. Absolute gem.

Marsh, HonitonCalled in on the way to Sidmouth as traffic was really bad very pleasantly surprised, we were lucky to get lunch as we had not booked. Lovely clean establishment with a relaxed atmosphere and polite friendly staff. Sunday lunch was excellent, meat was tender and a great selection of fresh veg too. Excellent value. Highly recommend we will definitely be returning and making sure we book

44 High St, HonitonThis is the best Chinese restaurant and takeaway in Honiton and the surrounding area. The food is absolutely delicious, it’s always ready to collect on time and the ingredients are excellent - chicken like you’d cook at home none of this nonsense stuff some of them serve up. We will also never forget when the owner fed us for free once a week through the COVID pandemic - like he did for all local NHS staff. He didn’t have to do that, nobody else did, but it meant so much and shows what a community minded individual the owner is. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 stars every time.

178 High St, HonitonSat upstairs, initially thought sitting above the bar and looking down was a bit odd but it really made the atmosphere, so definitely recommend sitting along the balastrade.
Food was lovely, tasty and reasonably priced. Shared a starter but didn't have room for dessert.

43-47 High St, HonitonA lovely place to visit and lovely food.I had carrot and I think ginger soup and my other half had a sort of turkey thing in a bread roll.It was turkey, lettuce, tomato,alfalfa, mustard.He said it was really good.We shared a piece of carob cake with fruit sauce and a spoonful of yoghurt.Would definately recommend going..

Walnut Rd, HonitonStayed here for 2 nights because I had a wedding nearby. I booked a year in advance and it did not disappoint. I stayed in room 5, the four poster room, it was huge, plenty of storage and light & airy. But most importantly, the room was clean. All staff were lovely and breakfast was delicious and had good options with yogurts, fruit, cereal and either a cooked breakfast or pancakes. Will stay here again

The Little Shop of Seasons
1-3, Dolphin Court, High St, HonitonWe live in Honiton and LSOS is our No.1 stop for excellent Coffee, especially their smooth and silky flat whites, and high quality meals. Coffees and food can sometimes be a little slow in arriving, but they are worth waiting for. The environment is always warm and friendly and the staff are welcoming. Their Seasonal window displays are colourful, and well designed. There are a few quirks. Like many other Devon Businesses they haven't really grasped how much the Internet could boost their business. Their very basic Website doesn't even include a Menu, they don't post much on FB, and the only notice of their changed opening hours when they are shut for a few days between Seasons or for Holidays is a notice on their door. Customer WiFi is available if you ask for the password. They have good people, so I'm sure this can be improved.
