Did the bottomless brunch and food was lovely. Service was quick and our server Meg never left us without a drink in our hand. Great experience and would highly recommend.

NEAPOLITAN Pizza & Bar - Lime street

This was my first time visiting here, the restaurant is beautiful, very decorated, I came here on my 19th birthday on the 19th September with family. it was a nice experience but with few bad experiences, overall we ordered the pizzas which came quick, but we didn’t like that fact we was sitting near the window and there was flies flying around while we were eating. As we looked at the photos we thought this would be a larger restaurant, but it’s quite small. the toilets are only one cubical female and male, I’d imagine if the restaurant would be packed there would be a long wait for the bathroom. The pizza quality was lovely, unfortunately mine came quicker I wasn’t sure if they added motarella because I had no taste of cheese on mine, I wasn’t disappointed but if it is a “Italian restaurant” atleast make the pizzas better. it was hard to cut through the pizza. they didn’t put enough tomato sauce on the base. Eventually we came to the total of £103 which was worth it, would I come here again? maybe, but I didn’t really love it. hope to see more changes. but thank you. ?

Alcotraz Liverpool: Cell Block Three-Six

Alcotraz Liverpool was great! Thrilling theatrical experience with crafty guards, secret smuggling of booze and cocktails made from it brilliantly. Superintendent 'Peatches' led the drama with sharp humour and authority, keeping us laughing throughout. A joyous time of fancy dress, immersive fun and delicious drinks — simply sensational!

Had an excellent bottomless brunch here, some of the nicest cocktails we’ve ever had, superb value. Our server, Becky, gave amazing service and was very kind making our day even better! Food was also delicious. Would absolutely recommend and will be going again in the near future!

Roxy Ball Room Liverpool Cavern Quarter

I went to roxy ball room with a couple friends and phoebe was a great help for us! She took our drinks order and delivered them to our table for us, giving us more time to play the games! We then asked her about playing darts and she was a wonderful help and set us up to play darts too!
It was a great experience with lovely staff!

Came for bottomless brunch with 5 friends and served by Arlene. Service was really attentive and drinks were free flowing. Food was great and really good portions. Arlene had really good banter with our group and we thoroughly enjoyed the time here.

Had a really fun time at a work do playing several of the games. Lots of really friendly staff, Maya in particular was very helpful in explaining the games to us. Would definitely recommend!

We love this place. Liverpool should be proud of Wreckfish. There’s an honesty to the place. Watching the activity in the kitchen reveals how hard everyone is working. The food was excellent and is AMAZINGLY Good Value. Ate there with some colleagues and we all enjoyed it so much - gave us all a lift in a dreary January. Left feeling good about the world.

ewan rocks up every week like he’s the queen of england’s long lost cousin, swaggering to the quiz like it’s the worlds cup final. he’s got an ego so big it needs its own postcode and spends half the night explaining answers nobody asked for. last time he gave away a bag of stale crisps and acted like it was a nobel prize. honestly the pubs best entertainment, 10/10, would watch ewan’s ego take on this quiz again!

Churrasco Steak House - City - Liverpool

Paddy our server was and absolute delight nothing was too much of a bother and we had great craic with him he even delivered on his promise to give my mother her fried onions with her steak ? hats off to the chefs for a truly delicious meal we will definitely visit again soon. Got the mixed kebab which was lovely, my partner got a steak which he really enjoyed too. Staff were very friendly and put on a great fire show! Would definitely come back again :)

Friendly service, breakfast wrap was pretty good and fresh although a little small for the price. Coffee cup were large.
The couple on the table next to me were having a birthday breakfast, the waitress overhead and the kitchen whipped a kettle sweet surprise for him.

We have just came back from miller and Carter Liverpool. The steak was perfect, it was so big and juicy ?? and the Camembert mash, so tasty. Also the beef dripping sauce, wow, just wow. Ruby was our waitress and made us feel welcome. She was very polite. \n\nThe atmosphere was calming and relaxed and is in a lovely location on the promenade. \n\nSo a wonderful night out with beautiful food and polite staff. I can only say one thing. Me and my daughter both said the same thing, the carpet makes it look really cheap like a Weatherspoon. Nothing against them but I think you can do better ??.

Flanagan'S Apple

Flanagans looked after us brilliantly – 8 lads in full force isn’t always easy to handle, but Anne and Leanne were absolute stars. Friendly, welcoming, and somehow managed to keep us in line (that alone deserves 5 stars). The place is proper hospitable, the coffees and waters kept flowing, and we left with full bellies and big smiles. If you’re in Liverpool and want good food, great drinks, and staff who make you feel like old mates, Flanagans is the spot. Shoutout again to Anne & Leanne – legends!

Would you believe me if I said that one of the things I miss the most about Liverpool is this pho? Because believe it or not I do! Just writing this is making my mouth water! It seems a bit of a random thing to miss but when I tell you it's good, it's real good. I'm so glad I had the pleasure of running into this place because it became a staple in our lives where we would treat ourselves to some pho at least once a month. Our go-to was always the hot & spicy tofu because the flavour was delicious! It wasn't super spicy but the taste was so good! & the tofu so Spongey soaking in all the delicious flavors. We tired multiple times to try other stuff and while good, it just didn't hit the spot like the spicy tofu. Along with their spring rolls. Anyways give it a try if you're in a pho mood and enjoy some for me! Until we meet again, Pho!

Sugar and Dice Board Game Café

We had the best time at Sugar and Dice for a One Shot D&D beginner session. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff are super friendly. Big shout out to Adam for running an incredible session - we will definitely be back!

We had the best time ever last night! Had a booking for 8 ppl, ended up being 5 of us and honestly it was incredible! We are a loud bunch and Brad was so so fun and lovely with us even if we were a lot-sorry! Thank you so much Brad! Will be back just for you!

Churrasco Steak House

Oh my! What a fantastic meal. Delicious generous steak, perfectly cooked. Not greasy, just perfect. Wonderful tasty sides of rocket and mushrooms. And…. Easily the best red wine we’ve had out in months- the salento. Wow! And then.. the best white chocolate cheesecake, ever.
This place is as good as , or better than Hawksmoor and Cowshed. Staff and service fantastic also

Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill Liverpool

The food was amazing – it was great fun having steak and different cuts of meat constantly brought to the table. Most of it was cooked rare, which I loved, though I know that won’t be for everyone. The sides were a nice addition rather than the main event, especially the parmesan chips, which were excellent. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a Brazilian-style meat restaurant but it is on the expensive side.

Kassap Meat House

All I can say is wow, this place was amazing! Really nice setting, and the food was delicious, good value for lunchtime. Steaks were superb quality. The only fault I can give is just the service charge that’s added to the bill, had to have it removed. But overall we really enjoyed it here.

Light of Bengal

Personally this is my favourite place to go for a curry in Liverpool. The food is great, the prices are reasonable and the staff are attentive.

My only negative is that most of the soft drinks are cans rather than draught. Not enough of a negative to knock a star off though.

Stand out dishes have to be the Makhanwalla, Modhu and the Lamb Rezala.

Reviewed after multiple re-visits now.

It was an absolute pleasure to visit the Art School Restaurant for the first time, the service and venue were fantastic, but the food was next level! A must visit if you want love the perfect dinning experience.

A present off my family for my birthday and had to extend the voucher they had bought due to my wife breaking her leg and the restaurant advising there was stairs. A small fee but so happy I did. They emailed me to advise on voucher being extended and moved from the original booking , then emailed re new date and reminders so I didn’t forget. The food was spectacular , we had the wine pairing included to and the sommelier was informative about all the matched wines. Being able to talk to the Chef about the food , interests , past work and life in general was refreshing and made it a warm and intimate experience we both loved. The preparation and skill going into the menu was obvious and I did tell the Chef it was up there with one of the best food experiences I have had and I meant it.

Copper Pot

We can go celebrate a family birthday! Food was perfect. Atmosphere was warm an inviting! The staff were all amazing - so friendly and cannot do enough for you!! Deffo recommend!!

Malmaison Liverpool

Excellent service and food at Malmaison Liverpool. From the greeting we received at reception when we arrived, to the bar staff and restaurant staff all were warm, friendly and professional. A staycation to celebrate my birthday meant we received complimentary drinks to enjoy in the bar.
Our room was clean and comfortable with a view of the Liver Building. Big shower and plenty of fluffy towels.
An interesting menu with lots of options available in the restaurant. We had a deal which included dinner, bed & breakfast. ( Excellent value!). We chose crab tacos for a starter, fresh crunchy tacos and delicious crab. Our mains were Lamb Bhuna, with rice and a cod prawn stew. All arrived hot and tasty with veggie side dishes. A delicious sticky toffee pudding and pina colada triffle were our puddings. Fresh and delicious.
Breakfast was equally as good. Hot options were cooked to order. Staff friendly and helpful.
A great location, definitely worth a stay. The deals are value for money!

Camp and Furnace

I’ve done two quizzes here (Gavin and Stacey and Stranger Things) and I have to say there is no place like it. The effort they put in to the themed prizes, mimi games, decor and food and drink options make it feel worth the money as soon as you walk in the door.

The host is brilliant, so funny and engaging, really keeps the energy going in what is quite a long quiz. But it goes by so quickly because of that!

Even if you aren’t that into the quiz subject I would recommend going because it’s such a fun way to spend your evening regardless.

A few points for constructive criticism:

- A deal on the cocktails would be nice (buy four, get one free or something)

- The questions on the Stranger Things were generally good, but also too easy. We knew all 70 answers (bar one) and only made 4-5 mistakes from rushing (so clicking the wrong answer by accident or needing more time to think). Despite that, we still didn’t come in the top three, which is no surprise as for most of the questions more than 90% of people knew the answer!

But that’s not too important, it’s more about the fun and the vibes, and I get that it’s trying to be more inclusive than your standard pub quiz, which are usually pretty difficult. This is very different from a pub quiz, and I mean that in the best way possible!

Best food we've had for a long time, everything was tasty and portions were a good size. We were there with a Travelzoo deal but I'd pay full price because the quality was top notch. Service was faultless too.

Atmosphere was quite, staff brilliant as well as very funny. Sorry but could some one please sort your loos out, there's a weird smell in Gents if you no my meaning.

The Exchange Restaurant

Dined here mid week as a couple having swapped an Activity Superstore voucher for this experience. It was for steak and wine for 2. The meal was lovely and we added starters and a dessert which were also high quality. Service was excellent. The wine was good considering the voucher is for house red. My only issue is that I think a sauce could be included rather than having to pay extra. Very nice place to sit and I would recommend this experience.

A solid quick stop at McDonald’s near Albert Dock. Clean, bright, and easy to navigate, with a convenient location for tourists and locals alike. Service is generally efficient and friendly, and the classics—crispy fries, a reliable Big Mac—don’t disappoint. It can get busy, especially on weekends, making it a tad noisy and slow to find a table. Overall, good value for a quick meal with a convenient waterfront twist.

I had a drive through so could not comment t on the atmosphere. I think I habe said this before I'm not a bit fan of fast food but on the odd occasion it's better than nothing when I'm busy. This place is one of the better if nit the best macdonals I have been. Staff very friendly and conscientious. Food came out hot and chips were hot nit like alot of other places where they're either warm or cold.... I would recommend this place for sure.

Then drove around to the window to pay and the same girl (didn't catch name) again good morning, paid for food and then the girl says have a nice day!

Now to some people this may seem nothing but this kind of attitude goes a very long way and makes peoples day with the simplest of manors.

The food was hot as usual.

Small things make a big difference and manors always cost nothing.

The Bridewell

Happened to pop in on a Thursday afternoon, it was really busy for such a small pub, the atmosphere was amazing. We could unfortunately only stay for 1 drink as we had plans.

The pub itself is a great building and you really feel as if you're sitting in history. Good selection of drinks and friendly staff. I'll definitely return again.

The Dead Crafty Beer Company

On a week trip to Liverpool from the USA, this became my local. The bar staff are fantastic, and the craft choices are easily on par with gastropubs in the States. I can’t recommend it enough. Oh, and try the slush! That was unique for me as an American!

We have eaten both in the restaurant and takeaway. Both were amazing. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. By far the best Indian we've had in a long time. Would highly recommend!

First visit to Ego at The Punchbowl, Sefton and certainly won’t be the last. We were greeted with a smile and taken to our table by waiter, Harris. Liverpool Brewing Company Tap

Misleading name nowadays as LBC aren’t brewing beer, but excellent choice of beers in cask, keg and bottled forms, and a better cider choice than most Liverpool pubs. Friendly, helpful staff (lot of visitors from out of town due to proximity to train stations),small room with 5 large tables and 2 outside in a busy street, also seats at the bar. Large downstairs room used for poker on Tuesdays and other events. Upstairs is a popular Neplalese takeaway - you are welcome to eat food from there in the pub providing you also buy drinks (they are separate businesses). Easily the best pub in Lime Street, no karaoke or out of tune strummers playing Wonderwall.

The Denbigh Castle

One of many excellent real ale pubs to visit during any stay in lovely Liverpool.

Several cask ales and all perfectly kept, served at a spot on cellar temperature. There is also a nice range of keg beers to choose from so all can be happy here.

My favourite type of bar. Just people enjoying a pint, good relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff, and good selection. If I lived here this would be certain to be my local.

Lefteris Greek Taverna

Very enjoyable evening spent here,had giant beans for starter then meat meze for main followed by semolina cake for dessert,my wife had king prawns,fish meze and greek yoghurt for dessert,food absolutely delicious although portions quite big so could not finish it all,staff very nice,excellent evening,will be returning

The Philharmonic Dining Rooms

A generally positive experience. You order via a QR code but it does not allow any modifications (ie No Mayo). If you want any changes you technically need to order at the bar but items will still come out the way they are listed on the menu even if you ask for a change. The fish and chips is good, as are the burgers although they come out your regular chips (not the large ones which come with fish). By the item my food came out my family was just about finished eating. They have a sign touting their toilets which are nothing special to be honest. Good food and nice ambiance as long as you are okay with no modifications to the food and ordering via a website or at the bar.

Had a lovely drink in there and a chat with one of the locals. The food was delicious especially the vegetarian pizza and parmesan fries. The Spaten on tap is top!!

Childwall Abbey Hotel

Food cooked to perfection my wife had the chicken and bacon club sandwich with chips and had the steak Americano with chips beer battered onion ring. The chief David cooks everything to your liking

Ropes & Twines Liverpool

Amazing service! I love this place for wine, food and coffee. They always provide amazing detail on the wine that they have and are so passionate about the origins of the wine. Super friendly staff.

Lion Tavern

A quiet lunchtime visit.
Pleasant barman.
Chat with a group of locals.
Camra heritage interior, which was the reason for our visit.
A good range of real ales, the porter wasn't on top form, unfortunately.

Sultan's Palace

We have visited Sultan's Palace a number of times in the past when we have been to Liverpool.  It is a very pretty restaurant, comfortable, open, spacious, plenty of room between tables, some nice individual booths making a very pleasant atmosphere. The two waitresses were very pleasant, attentive and professional.

For starters we had tandoori king prawns and salmon tikka both served on sizzlers with onion salad, both were excellent and delicious.

Main courses were Chicken Dansak and Chicken Jelfrezi with shared boiled rice and a garlic naan, which were all hot and fresh.  The Dansak sauce was perfect, it was excellent, the Jafrezi sauce was fine but did not have the usual hot green chillies and was not as spicy as we expected, the rice and naan were excellent.  The only other point I have to make was that thigh meat and is not to my liking, next time we will know.

Nonetheless, we had a lovely eating experience as always whenever we have eaten there. We will certainly come back again next time we're in Liverpool and would definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Shiraz BBQ

This is a really nice family friendly restaurant, they had a kids menu and a high chair suitable for our 2 year old. My wife had halloumi and I had the chicken shish, both of which were delicious. Our two year old had nuggets and chips which she enjoyed. We will happily eat here again.

Great place, food delious and staff very nice. Been here many times. Tried a,new dish, Pan Seered fish (look the menu up) and its now my favourite dish. If you like fish try this one, highly recomended

I absolutely could not recommend Etsu enough! My partner booked a meal for my birthday and everything that we ordered was exceptional, especially the sea bass and spider roll. The staff were helpful and so friendly, and even added an extra birthday surprise! The food is so delicious and authentic and we can’t wait to visit again. This will definitely become a new favourite place for us.

Amalia - Italian Restaurant Liverpool

I have never been a person who enjoys going out to eat alone but when I visited Amalia I was warmly greeted and taken to my table. I ordered a lasagne and sautéed potatoes and the Lasagne was amazing if Momma would’ve made lasagne like this I would have always been asking for lasagne!! Lovely restaurant and would highly recommend

Bakchich Lebanese Restaurant

We have visited a few times and are never disappointed! Food is delicious and the service excellent! Our server have some good options for a sharing mezze starter and was super friendly with great banter making us all feel really welcome! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Liverpool.

Excellent food and service, place isn't very big. Had lamb garlic curry, loved it. Well worth s visit. We all had starters, mains, rice, naam and a large bottle of Cobra each, came to under £32 each which I thought was a bargain.

La Parrilla Mexican Bar & Grill

We went here Friday . As soon as we arrived the place was welcoming and cosy. Staff were lovely . We had a table near to the open kitchen were I could watch the food be prepared and cooked and served like clock work. We chose the swordfish and the Seabass . This was truly the nicest meal we have had eating out in a long time and will be going back each Friday to try out another delicious dish . Could not fault this place .

The Twins Flavour Liverpool

I'm Colombian, and this is an amazing Colombian restaurant, with authentic recipes and flavours. Incredibly tasty. If you want to try good Colombian food, this is the place !

Da Gurkha Fine Dining

Pizzas, arancini supplì... they're incredible... But probably the best thing they do is the calzone. It's better than the ones I had in Puglia (Apulia).

Last Sunday I bought tons of stuff, brought them to my home in the Wirral (so 35 mins by car) and the fried stuff was still crunchy (how is that even possible). Popped the pizza in the oven at 210 for 3 minutes and boom, just like new.

And it's a bargain too. £4 quid for the Margherita, £6.50 for a gigantic sandwich full of actually Italian stuff, £8 for a calzone as big as your face filled with like 100g of spicy spianata.

The only thing I would improve, is that the nutella filling of the bombolone (which was great too) didn't taste much like Nutella, but more like a chocolate filling (maybe I was wrong and it's not supposed to be)

AND, if you manage to provide Estathé as a soft drink, I'll pretty much be there at your shop every week

Moose Coffee

Fun, friendly staff, great vibe and wonderfully homemade food. Absolutely love this place. The chorizo eggs are the bomb and the baked goods are better than my grandmother's. (Sorry, Grandma.) Wish there was a Moose Coffee in the States!!!

Da Mount Gurkha

Came for dinner with a friend yesterday evening. The staff were really welcoming and attentive and happy to talk us through the menu which has plenty of variety without being overwhelming. My friend is vegetarian and there were lots of choices, wine list is good too.The food was delicious, everything was really fresh and cooked to perfection. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Food was absolutely amazing was busy didn't have to book but was nearly full them onion bahjis were unbelievable genuinely lovely the dips from the poppadoms and dip were 10/10 and currys were fantastic even the vegetarian option was nice could not recommend more deffo my go to now £62 bill between 3 for 3 drinks 2 currys a main vegetarian dish 5 poppadoms 4 onion bahjis 2 pilau rices and 2 garlic naans

Duman Turkish Mediterranean Grill Bar

Lovely place to eat environment is nice and clean. Staff are very friendly last time I came I couldn't eat everything so they did me a little take out box. The food is delicious I don't eat meat but there is good choice for non meat eaters and they do adjust for you.

The Brunch & Cocktail Club

Organised a hen do here and could not fault the place! Amazing vibes , food was brought out fast and was hot and good quality & drinks were always on hand when we needed them. We were looked after by Hannah who was amazing and Lauren was great help too! They managed our table of 12 so well and I would recommend this place every time x

Miller & Carter Albert Dock

Booked in, attentive and pleasant staff. Went for celebration meal with high expectations. Incorrect main was brought out to one guest meaning they sat and ate alone ruining the meal for all. Weird flavour to one meal of item not listed in ingredients

Really nice atmosphere, the staff are so friendly, Alan on a Sunday night has an amazing voice and full of humor. The food is decent and it's not full of cretins like some places, it has a real chilled wind down vibe.

?‍♀️ My happy place is anywhere I am with a huge platter full of food in front of me. My visit to @marayrestaurants may have just put them in my top 10 restaurants in Liverpool after just one visit last month.

? I remember visiting years ago but hadn’t been back since for whatever reason but now it’s going to be one of the places I recommend to everyone. Fresh food, great service and a lot of variety on the menu so there’s something for everyone ?

? We ordered the Mezze Sharer for three. It had: Olives, Hummus, Za'alook (Moroccan aubergine salad), Whipped goat's cheese, and Cauliflower Bhajis. It came with some of the softest, warm pitta I’ve had, perfect for topping with anything on the mezze.

? Every mouthful there was something else going on. So many amazing flavours. My favourite was the goats cheese. So creamy and rich. I even enjoyed the olives which is unlike me but these were good ones!

? For my main, I ordered the Disco Cauliflower. Wow. Harissa, tahini, yogurt, pomegranate - the flavours and colours were incredible! I loved this dish and will order it every time I visit.

? I also got the Spiced Lentil and Rice Mejadara. This had a kick to it and was very moreish. I couldn’t get enough of it ?

? My friends Faye and Reece both got the Rump Steak. It came sliced with a bearnaise aioli with it. Faye had fries and Reece had the Fattoush (salad) accompanying their steaks. Positive reviews all around and we were all stuffed after the food.

? I can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu at Maray. There’s so much to choose from and it was such a welcoming restaurant. Right, I’ve convinced myself. I’ll book the table.. who’s coming with me this time?? ?

Cowshed Liverpool

I had been wanting to try cowshed for a while so was glad when I got a booking and wow was it worth the wait! I could not fault any of it, staff were attentive and professional. Service was great, food was delicious I would highly recommend coming here and will definitely be going back! ?

The Globe

Great little traditional pub in the centre of Liverpool.
Its location is the selling point as it is directly opposite the entrance to Central Station. The Rev James is a great pint, too.

The Italian Club

Very cozy Italian restaurant with a large menu. Everything is delicious from the meat dishes to the pastas and pizzas. The desserts are also amazing. The portion sizes and prices are also good.

This pub is like stepping back in time to years ago, when I walked into this pub with my dad and my second cousin, I was gobsmacked as to how amazing this pub looked, the staff served us in quick time. This pub has won so many awards for being the best pub in Liverpool for it being so unique.Just wish it wasn't so far away from the City Centre, and if this was my local, I'd go there all the time. We only pop into this pub for a drink, so I couldn't tell you what the food was like in there. There is a woman there called Rita, my second cousin and her got on really well, considering my second cousin is from Australia.

The Slaughter House

Went for a 60th birthday weekend with another 8 family members. We had an absolute ball. Chris the MC was amazing, and the 3 comedians were also very funny. Well worth the admission fee. If I go back to Liverpool, I would certainly go here again

Came here for drinks and to watch the football but been many times over the years.

The recent refurbishment has brought a fresh look which is nice.

Large screens all over the bar area make watching the football very enjoyable.

Staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Boss Burgers Liverpool

I ordered the parmesan truffle fries to go and they where really good. Great interior and fast service, it's a very handy place in the childwall area so it's great if your looking for something handy and delicious.

Great Place ? Lisa always serves the best and freshest tasty foods available, she has a wide menu range and will cater for requested meals off menu if possible , they have a kids menu and the portions available are big ,you could actually share a main meal between 2 people so the prices match the quantity in the meal ,it's fairly priced and a very clean and tidy take away one of the best by far around ! Visit yeung xing and I also suggest you try the salt and pepper range especially the ribs ! .

The Crocodile

What a hidden gem been coming liverpool 30 plus years and furst time here ,sorry croc! Needs more promoting as a fantastic authentic boozer ,what's with the pitted floor *genuine question ) will be back now its on our list .

The Beehive

This is another old Tetley pub that I used to frequent many years ago. We used to go here before we went to the cinema, it was near three cinemas but they have all been demolished now. This pub has not changed a bit, it doesn't need to. It's always been service with a smile and a pint on the bar at a very reasonable price.

Richmond Hotel

Don't be fooled by the name it's just a pub not an actual hotel. Went on a Sunday evening, was quiet but pleasant. Barman was attentive and pleasant. It serves beers and spirits - enough said :-).

Neon Jamon

Absolutely fantastic great bar staff amazing place for parties and small gatherings. Brilliant venue I would recommend it. Great for private function. Had a blast. Had outside caters for a private function.

Mackenzie's Whisky Bar

My twin brother Stephen and I joined friends in Mackenzie's Whiskey Bar to celebrate a friends 40th birthday and what a great time we had. A great looking bar ,interior is superb ,a cool looking serving bar ,wonderful decor and furnishings ,love the paintings on the walls ,big screens to enjoy the sport and there's lots of seating options ,it's just a great bar to unwind in. On our visit staff were superb ,looked after our group ,I stayed on guinness which was absolutely delicious , I also enjoyed some great craft beers ,all our group were well looked after ,beers were kept flowing ,had a great time in here . Mackenzie's Whisky Bar is easy to locate along Rodney Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday,open from midday. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Fabulous dim sum disco experience, all staff were absolutely amazing, food was lovely, drinks were flowing, service was fab and music was just as good! Thank you so much

Millon Tandoori

Went for an Indian with a bunch of friends. Atmosphere was great and the staff were lovely. Service was excellent and timely. We ordered butter chicken, murgi masala, chicken korma and a bunch of starters, all of which were fabulous. Would definitely visit again.

Cavern Club

We were lucky enough to go to the Pub and see the Beatles tribute. The atmosphere and the people, the place and its music make everything become an experience, without looking for it. As Paul McCartney would say, “I don't know anyone who doesn't go to The Cavern and come away with an anecdote.”

The Ship & Mitre

This is the latest Thai Massage shop to open in Liverpool. Well worth the visit. Incredible friendly staff with a wealth of experience in sorting out your aches and pains.

The warehouse cafe

What an absolute amazing restaurant/cafe this place is.
Have been twice now and the food was perfect in every bite.
There salad, fresh crunchy, went well with the salmon and avocado. Sweet potato yummy.
Also tried there poached eggs, did not let me down..
Hopefully will visit again.

Spitroast Smithdown

From the minute we stepped in the door, I loved this place!!
Ciara provided excellent service to me, my partner and our young daughters! Abbie who served us our drinks was also very attentive and made our experience super enjoyable!

The food was absolutely out of this world! I had the beef roast, and my partner had the chicken! We both took only a couple of bites before saying it was the best roast we have had in a long long time! Credits to the chef, David!
Gonna be dreaming about that sweet potato mash, until next time ?

Traditional fish and chips, we had a great meal there, the fish cake was wonderful fish was so fresh and tasty, fish n chips were great, chips were so smooth feels like milk inside. Tables sets simple and clean, service was very good.

Roscoe Head

The Roscoe Head is a traditional four roomed pub with an unspoiled original interior and run by the same family for over thirty years. There is a choice of six cask conditioned hand-pulled real ales. It is one of only five pubs in the country to be in every edition of the camra good beer guide. It is a fantastic pub. For real ale drinkers it is probably the best pub in Liverpool.

Lovelocks Coffee Shop

This is a cute little cafe near the city center. The staff is so friendly and the vibe is wonderful. We had a cortado and the piña colada cake oh my god, it was so yummy! I can't praise it enough. The prices are also reasonable. This is a must visit place if you love cute cafes!

Allerton Hall - Dining & Carvery

Stunning building in beautiful surroundings, staff were really friendly and shout out to the assistant? Manager who was doing front of house. So approachable and keen to ensure everyone got the most from their visit regardless of how long they were staying and how much they spent.

Note to anyone interested in the history of this building and the surrounding estate, ask for the pink folder whilst you relax ??

Bêkas Cafê

Really authentic and nice Kurdish place. The food is incredible. The falafel is the best I’ve ever had. The coffee is also so smooth and creamy. The Arabic breakfast and the hot mezzo are definitely must haves! The Staff are also so so friendly

The Hope & Anchor

Went here for bottomless brunch 25/1/2026 and we could not have got more lucky with our waiter Oliver. So funny and kind, really made the atmosphere so much more enjoyable. Couldnt recommend hope and anchor more especially for bottomless brunch :)

O'Neill'S Liverpool

Had a lovely time at O'Neill's today, the service was second to none. Was really looked after by lovely young lady called Kelsey, she was so professional, attentive and charming made sure all our needs where taken care of.
We had a breakfast and it was stunning such good quality all of it was amazing great flavours and produce cooked by a great kitchen team of Jack and Harry i believe.
I would return here again just from the service i received from Kelsey alone such a wonderful person looked after everyone all alone an left no one waiting just wonderful and impressive to see.

Ma Egerton's Stage Door

This was hands down the best food we ate in Liverpool. The pizza I ordered was totally next level and my husband had the spouse which he said was equally excellent! The locals were extremely friendly and chatted to us as we watched the Liverpool friendly game on the telly!! We were seriously impressed to just pop in and find this excellent “non-touristy” old pub with fabulous food at a really reasonable price given the exchange rates with the $NZ!

My friends and I visited for the first time last night. We all loved our choices. Quality food. Not the usual pasta and pizza, instead foccacia and panini sandwiches, brushetta, arancini, parmigiana, salads. Brunches available. It is also a deli. Will be back... need that arancini!
