Bents Farm, CarlisleGreat stop over with our motorhome, people moan about the noise from the M6 being so close but you can hardly hear it and im a very light sleeper ,
We had a meal there and was very good with big portions.
Staff was very nice .

Gretna Chase Hotel
The Gretna Chase Hotel, GretnaOur wedding party of 7 people in total, spent a lovely 2 nights here, the rooms were immaculate, and Antoney couldn't have been more welcoming, breakfast had a full range of choices, and our Wedding meal was beautifully prepared and presented. thank you to all the staff.

B7076, Gretna Green, GretnaThe best full Scottish Breakfast I've ever eaten. All food cooked to perfection. Love that you can see it all being cooked. Compliments to the young girl cooking single handedly as she did a fabulous job cooking almost all of it to order. Relaxed atmosphere and lovely clean decor. Will definitely visit again when im in the area

109 Central Ave, GretnaStopped off here mid 8 hour drive while taking my girlfriend to hospital. Super quick service got my last battered haggis before England. The chips and haggis were some of the best I've ever had and I'm so glad I've stopped, will be going again!

Blacksmiths Restaurant
4 Bensmoor Rd, Gretna Green, GretnaDamain and myself got married on the 9/8/25, the day was perfect, we had a small intimate wedding with only 12 close family members in the the blacksmiths, the staff where amazing took every bit if stress and worry away from moment we turned up, they took control off everything, which allowed us to enjoy every single moment and just enjoy and embrace each other, if your thinking about booking, don't think about it, just do it ❤️ I promise you you'll not regret it❤️

99 Central Ave, GretnaWe have been coming to this Chinese for the last 28 yrs that we've lived in Gretna. Tonight we had a takeaway as it's our wedding anniversary. Every take away we've had has been fantastic, can't fault it. The lady on reception is the same lady that's been there for the last 28 yrs has always been pleasant and well done for lasting so long. The manager had 4 people at her argiung about something. 1 lady was really rude. Your manager held her own tho :). Apart from there presence everyone seemed gappy. Great atmosphere x

Smiths at Gretna Green Hotel
B7076, Smiths at, Hotel, Gretna Green, GretnaI could not recommend smiths hotel more. I got married here in February and it was better than i could have ever of imagined.
We had afternoon tea, breakfasts and a 3 course gold wedding dinner at the hotel. All of the food we had was fantastic.
The communication between the wedding hosts and ourselves was great. They were very communicative and helpful every step of the way, and always vey quick to respond if we had any questions.
We stayed in the rose suite which was huge, immaculately clean and very well looked after.
I could not fault Smiths at any point, during booking or our actual wedding.
We will definitely look to return for our first anniversary!

The Cadbury Shop
Unit 46 Gateway Outlet, GretnaIt's ok, not as good value as it used to be.. but what is anymore.
Prices are cheaper for some products in the supermarkets.
Place was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly.
The shop has a large quantity of products on shelfs but not the best selection.

Caledonia Park Designer Village, Unit 46B Glasgow Rd, GretnaBy far the busiest Costa I have ever been in. Only had seating outside. Coffee was nice. The batista people looked rushed off their feet. Would visit again though.

Gateway, Unit 57 Gretna Gateway, GretnaVisited this store Saturday 1st November around 2.30pm, and got to say that the 3 members of staff were a brilliant team, very busy but they were well organised, polite and friendly to every customer. I ordered a vegan sandwich and they did everything correct in regards to allergies. A great Subway experience!
